I will ONLY use this dealer to buy and to repair. When I recently returned for service, I learned tat the service technician who I had developed a rapport with moved out of state. Of course I was concerned. I should not have worried!!! My new service technician, MJ, picked right up where Josh left off. In fact, after I picked up my car, I text MJ with a concern and within hours, I received a call and a remedy to my advantage. I was sooooo appreciative!

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

Great facility with convenient hours. I took advantage of their convenient Sunday service hours. I purchased this car brand new in 2018 and they have performed all the work since then. I would recommend AutoNation Toyota for service and for new car purchases.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

The service team did an outstanding job of explaining the problem and how/why it would take several days to solve the problem. They came in ahead of schedule and did an oil change / tire rotation to boot!

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

Best non pressure, helpful experience I have ever had at a dealership, which is saying a lot as my last two cars were Tesla and a Rivian and I thought I would never go to a dealership again. I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

I wish to thank Mike Gillespie for helping me set up my recall for my Honda pilot carbrator replacement. And Mr Mike introduced me to Dominic Neglio sales leader to help my wife and I to talk about a car for my wife. Then Dominic introduced us to Mr. Kaleb Clarke . Mr Kaleb showed us two cars that we liked. 2024 new Accord. very nice. Then he said we just got a new 2025 accord in today that I think you will like. He was correct. I recently brought my Honda CR-V to Crown Honda for routine maintenance. I was greeted by my service advisor Damir Mujic who took care of me in a polite and professional manner. I explained that there was a mistake in the service that had been ordered. I wanted more than an oil change and told him I had a coupon which I left on the counter at home. He took care of everything and explained the new way that Crown now takes a video of the car and the undercarriage which I thought was a real improvement instead of just being told. My car was serviced in a very reasonable time frame and Mr. Mujic kept me apprised of what was going on and gave me a fairly accurate finish time for the service. I am very pleased with my experience with Crown Honda and the next time I will make sure I ask for Damir.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.

Mike in service is amazing, after our Honda was towed in Mike explained everything throughly and got us fixed & out the door the same day! Jake in sales offered to pick us up and drive us to the dealership instead of waiting for the tow truck! Fantastic customer service all around!

My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

Featured vehicle was exactly as described and David Fitzwater was so easy to work with. His sales manner is not "pushy or arrogant" and he treated us respectfully. Sales Mgr Bill Carey was equally great to work with.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.
