2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
This has been the most fun to drive car I have owned. It has great performance, great mileage and excellent reliability. I purchased a base model in 2017 when it was first "re-intrduced to USA" and kept it almost four years with no issues. I upgraded to a fully optioned Lusso version and have never regretted it. Alfa knows how to make a fun, efficient and "now" a realiable car.

We stopped by the dealership on a Saturday to listen to the sound system in the 2026 Jeep Cherokee. After looking through the window of several Cherokees, a salesperson walked by and asked if we needed assistance. We told him we wanted to listen to the base and upgrade sound systems in the Cherokee. He promptly retrieved the keys and after listening to the two systems we decided the upgraded system was what we wanted. They had several units in transit with the exact package we wanted, and we told him we would return when they arrived. Our salesperson, Juan, called when the vehicle we wanted arrived. An appointment was scheduled and Juan did an awesome job having the vehicle ready when we arrived for our road test and inspection. He introduced use to AiMan in finance to finalize the paperwork. We were in great hands with AiMan who took the time to explain the various finance options in a way we understood and explained the paperwork we were signing. This was the beginning of an AWESOME experience, which continues with Juan and AutoNation sending text messages with helpful videos and links just in case we need to ask for help.

2019 Audi A8 review
A scientific marvel! At first it seemed so much larger and technologically intimidating than my previous gen S8 I felt dwarfed. However after a few days becoming acclimated we bonded. Whether driving, or being driven in one of the safest, most comfortable automobiles on the road you are completely insulated. I've owned/own numerous exotics and performance sedans. I took my vehicle to the dealership as my air conditioning went out the day prior. I arrived at 7am (scheduled time for my appointment). Ivan greeted me and reviewed my file as to what I shared online, he requested some additional information, shared with me that it would probably be two hours until someone looked at my vehicle setting the expectation, asked if I needed a ride anywhere or wanted to wait. He updated me around 830am, stated they I figured out the issue and the issue should be resolved in 15 minutes. I was out of the dealership by 9am. The kindness and keeping me informed as well as setting the expectation when I arrived is what made the difference. I will come back should I encounter any issues with my vehicle in the future and the only reason I would come back is because of the way Ivan made me feel. The greeting is the most important aspect of a customer transaction and he got a 10 out of 10. Thankyou Ivan and I trust this recognition will be shared with you. Very best.
2018 Honda Clarity Plug-In Hybrid review
During my 65 years of driving (so far) I have owned a marvelous range of cars---this is my favorite and the one I have kept longest and intend to stay with it as long as we both last. The market these days seems to be either cross-overs or too low to the ground for me sedans. Clarity beats those two for me.

2020 Honda Civic review
I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems.
