I have been going there for a long time now and as youngish woman who’s not rich - I can tell you I have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy! Scott had been my sales man and is great with his knowledge of the vehicles and explained how all the gadgets work and even went over and beyond for me! He communication is excellent and he is upfront and honest as it gets :) He work With my schedule and makes me feel at home while waiting on word from the bank. Scott always explained the paperwork and what it meant and why - which was so nice for him to take the time and do that with me. I have been to other dealerships years ago and most sales people Would Look at Me and see tomboy and think I’m not worth their time or effort and blow me off. Mike the financial guy was also great, he did his best for me & I know because I saw all the work he was doing and he explained things very well also. Especially with the extended warranty - Which is nice because some will just say “ call them yourself to see what’s covered on the vehicle “. They got me one that cover specifics that I needed for the future :) Lastly even when I would pop in to drop of papers or whatever reason- if Scott wasn't there, The other sales men still got my Questions answered and treated me very well. I would recommend anyone go there and they will have a better experience purchasing a vehicle then they have elsewhere and not feel ripped off …. Which we all know is nice - !! I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

Good experience in my visit today, nice people they great and say hi or hello. Some of them are friendly. Some are not, but they over all their a ok. It’s nice to have a good service. And I’m satisfied with the loaner car that they loan to me for a couple of days. And I do appreciate very much.

Just Bought my first BMW 328i Xdrive and was treated excellent by Veronica and David stepped up and made sure I was taken care of when Veronica was on bed rest , Veronica called and text me from bed rest also. while i waited for a windshield took a little while but they also saw a few things on a used car that they did not have to fix but did and i was amazed that they went above what iI would expect on a used car. I was never pressured and Rami in financing never tried to up-sale a warranty. so with a full tank of fuel we drove back to Iowa VERY HAPPY thank you! :)

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

I had to order my Forester and I had to wait for it for a few months. All the time I was kept in the loop and updated on the delivery date. The sales rep was friendly and very knowledgeable. When the vehicle arrived, he went through the purchasing process with me until all my questions were answered. The financing manager explained all aspects of the loan with me. A few days after I received the Foerster a rock hit my windshield and left a crack. The service department fixed it and gave me a free loaner car during the process. Iwas very pleased. I would recommend the dealership to all my friends and family.

After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

The whole family loves this car. From the heated/cooled seats to the roomie interior. My only complaint is it does not have a spare tire. So I bought a jack and full-size spare for long road trips.

Rides well. Got some pep. Interior styling upscale. Plenty of space. Trunk space-plenty of room. Back seats with plenty of room. Like no noise engine.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

Brought home our 2016 Nissan Maxima yesterday. The car is beautiful, inside and out. When you get into it, the quality is clear. Feels luxurious, well made, solid and comfortable. It's fun to drive. This car has all the bells and whistles. The V6 is powerful and sounds great. Great responsive steering and control. Navigation took a little getting used to but works very well. Bose sound system is fantastic. Premium leather stitched seats add a lot of style. Only issue is no Android auto, might modify later. I'm very happy with my purchase.
