I met with Billy, and from the first phone call to taking possession of the truck the entire process was smooth. Other dealerships will leave you sit for 20-30 minutes without an update or any idea what's going on, nothing like that happened at Hoyte Whitesboro.
I will recommend them to any of my friends when they are truck shopping.

Best Service dept I have ever worked with. My wife or I have no worries as the Service Dept call, leaves text whatever needed to keep our car on the road. We just have to tell them where the car is for oil changes, etc...and they come get it and take care of everything.
The service dept alone will sell the next car

Sales person Shawn Davis professionally and efficiently provided an excellent sales experience. Negotiated price was very fair and quickly achieved. All services surrounding this sale were performed at a very impressive level.
I’m still in shock on how easy it was to deal with this dealership. This is our 6th car purchase and it has been the most successful and enjoyable experience. Though we were 6 hours away they accommodated our distance and delivered our new car to our front door and drove away in our trade in. We saved about $10k on our purchase at Holiday versus dealing with a local Ford dealer!
I like the truck I bought. Thought it should come with tie downs and a hitch but I guess you have to spend extra for that. I bought the truck on a rainy night so it didn’t get cleaned. Been back a couple times since and I guess they just don’t want to wash it even when it’s written on an order to do so. They did change a cracked tail light that was unnoticed which I appreciate. I paid for some tie downs but they weren’t ordered after I left costing me a wasted trip, but they are making that right now. So overall it’s ok. But the service and parts departments are struggling customer service wise.
Very happy with my experience and my new car. The buying process was pretty seamless.
