We had a great experience purchasing this vehicle for our son. Our salesman wanted us to get the best vehicle value for our budget. We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. Our son was beyond excited and we felt we came out with a great vehicle for him. We had a great experience. We were in and out in a short period of time too. We would highly recommend Utter Family Ford.

Love my vehicle and would purchase the same type of vehicle again. Several people at my church have a KIA Sorento and we call ourselves the KIA group.
My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.

Picks up goes feel like Im on a cloud.Really enjoy driving it.Gets warm fast.Love the inside looks really modern.All Leather.Easy to clean.Love the lights inside lots of lights.Lots of room in the back.
Salesman was awesome. But a day or two after having it we began having problems with a safety feature on the car. They will not fix it. They did promise a few other things but I feel a safety feature is something that should of been caught in their so called inspection or it should be taken care of seeing how it is a safety feature... Just be careful of the car you choose.. Looks aren't everything
This is my 3'rd Kia Optima an they are great cars.

I would highly recommend this car based on performance, comfort and safety. It is very reliable in all kinds of weather and is really a pleasure to drive. It has all the features of the more expensive cars and is always very reliable. I believe that it is an excellent value.
There were at least two sales people that walked past me, looking the other way, as I entered the dealership trying to find a Sonata that I had looked at about 6 mos. prior. Matt Salazar looked up from his desk, saw me looking around and asked if he could help me. I already knew pretty much what I wanted, just needed to find it. He listened to all my wants and pointed me in the right direction. He was very helpful as well as friendly and he and a young blonde lady (who was only helping out during the big rebate sale) set out to "find" the very car that I wanted. After I drove a white Sonata Sport I knew that it was the car I wanted....only black. Don't know the young lady's name, as she wasn't on the list, but both she and Matt zeroed in on me, answered all my questions and took care of me throughout the whole procedure! I have told everyone to go see Matt and I love my Sonata.

I love the value that the Kia brand provides. The sorento is my second Kia. It's looks great, drives great and meets my families needs.
If you are shopping for a car, go to Texoma Huyundai, Sherman. Dont trust your purchase with anyone else. They picked out my car by what I asked for by phone. I had a very short time to shop. Time was crucial. I fell in love with that car. I could not have chosen a better one if I tried. I didn't need to even look any further, though they would have let me. But, one look at the car they picked for me and I knew it was the right one. Thanks DJ!
Great car with one MAJOR issue

I love my Soul, had it for almost a year. However I will never consider another Soul unless Kia fixes this issue. The issue: it doesn't support Google. The assistant button on the stereo only recognises Siri and ignores the other Major Assistant. But the Kia Optima works with both. It's quite annoying and almost turns me off the KIA experience... Almost makes me want to look at another brand once my lease is up.
Service is always excellent at Bob Utter Ford. Completely satisfied - will definitely use again and would recommend to friends.

We are a family of 5 and needed a vehicle with a 3rd row. This was by far the best vehicle for us. I love the body style, its has plenty of power and All Wheel Drive for my husband and there is plenty of room for the kids!
You were the only Dealership in the area that had a selection of Explorers we were interested in. Chris was able to put us in the exact vehicle my wife was looking for. He was attentive, wanted to know what we wanted and set out to find it. He did not try to sell us something other than what we wanted. I really appreciated that approach.

I specked out the 2019 GMC truck I wanted. I am 69 years old so figure this will be the last new truck I ever buy & xxxx it, it's going to be what I want. Started calling around DFW dealers & all those greedy xxxxxxxx wanted $500 over sticker just to start. Now I realize they were blowing smoke up my xxx, so I started looking elsewhere. I remembered a guy I knew that used to sell motorcycles & now sells GMC, (David Bryson) ,found him on Facebook & made contact. He told me he would deal so I made the trip to Sherman to see him. David Bryson @ Parkway GMC was as good or better than his word. He didn't try to up-sell me or find an almost as you wanted truck. He went out on their dealer internet & found exactly what I wanted in another state. We made a deal, signed the paperwork & I was given a "new" loaner until my truck could be delivered to my home. Before I could leave the Parkway dealership, David came out with a sick look & informed me the other dealer had sold my truck even though they had a hold on it. David got back on their internet & found another truck that met my spec's. We re-did the paperwork & David got me another $500 discount for the problems. Two days later David delivered my truck to my driveway & spent a couple of hours one on one showing me how all the new fangled tech stuff worked. While making this purchase I found something sadly missing in today's society, Honesty, Integrity & a true desire to Serve your customer. David Bryson, I commend you on taking care of your customer & not just pandering to the almighty dollar.

Great family car. Lots of room for luggage in the hatch, and wonderful for travel. As fast as it needs to be, handles well, and is quite comfortable. Best part of owning a KIA is that service is extremely reasonably priced. With the frequent coupons sent from the dealership, you can get an oil change, tires rotated, multi point inspection, and fluids filled for around $50.
What car buying experience should be! No pressure, up front pricing and complete transparency from start to finish! Bryan Hannah in Sales and Chad Smith in Finance restored my faith that there are still honest people in the car business!
KIA Sportage - great vehicle for the money

The base 2.4L GDI engine has plenty of pep. The vehicle rides well fully loaded (no change in suspension, handling, acceleration, etc). I would recommend this vehicle to anybody looking for a compact SUV (who has no need for a third row of seating).
My only frustration has been the difficulty of adding fog lamps. There is no wiring harness provided from the factory. This makes it impossible to have a true factory installation integrated into the steering wheel controls. It also makes an aftermarket installation expensive, as well.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EXCELLENT SALES STAFF!!!! We purchased a used pickup truck for my son who is 18. He worked all summer and saved his money up to buy the truck he REALLY wanted. Two weeks into owning it and paying cash for it ($9500.00) the truck just stopped. Dead. I called Joey the Service Manager there and they got it in ASAP. I was having to leave town and explained the urgency of getting this vehicle fixed so that my son could have wheels while I was out. Joey and his team worked diligently and got it fixed in less than two days! Constant phone contact, emailing and wonderful communication by them to keep us in the loop and get the job done on time and NO CHARGE! I can't begin to tell you how this kind of services does NOT EXIST in the city at the city dealerships! This is the second vehicle I bought from this dealership and the second one I bought this year. (two teenagers driving age) I can tell you that Bonham Chrysler Dodge beat the city dealership HANDS-DOWN. No comparison at all! The city dealership could give two flips that my kid was driving a car with issues that they sold me, but not this dealership. I could keep going on but it is clear that Bonham Chrysler Dodge takes pride in their inventory used or new, takes pride in their customer service. They walk the walk, they put their money where their mouth is and the DELIVER! Don't waste your time with anybody else!

This SUV has everything I need, plus some. Heated & cooled seats, reliable, comfortable, spacious, oversized sun roof, large cargo area and it handles well on snow & ice!
This was our 2nd truck purchase from bonham in the last 2 years. Rich was easy to work with. Excellent customer service and they worked to get me in my perfect truck. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is I would have preferred the DEF and diesel be filled up and air checked in the tires before leaving.

Comfortable heated seats. Interior upholstery stays clean. Back up screen is so helpful, especially in mall parking lots. Lots of leg room available in rear seats. Plenty of cargo room in rear.
I went from a 2014 Chrysler 300 to this car and I can say it is way better and more reliable. More gas efficient and faster! People think it is small inside until I let them get in and the say "Wow". I love my Kia Soul!

This is my second Sportage. This car is perfect for an active lifestyle. I can fit my bike in the back with the seats down, the KIA roof racks are great for transporting my kayak and it is great in the snow. It is just the right size and easy to drive with good visibility. Gets decent mileage and takes regular gas.
