I specked out the 2019 GMC truck I wanted. I am 69 years old so figure this will be the last new truck I ever buy & xxxx it, it's going to be what I want. Started calling around DFW dealers & all those greedy xxxxxxxx wanted $500 over sticker just to start. Now I realize they were blowing smoke up my xxx, so I started looking elsewhere. I remembered a guy I knew that used to sell motorcycles & now sells GMC, (David Bryson) ,found him on Facebook & made contact. He told me he would deal so I made the trip to Sherman to see him. David Bryson @ Parkway GMC was as good or better than his word. He didn't try to up-sell me or find an almost as you wanted truck. He went out on their dealer internet & found exactly what I wanted in another state. We made a deal, signed the paperwork & I was given a "new" loaner until my truck could be delivered to my home. Before I could leave the Parkway dealership, David came out with a sick look & informed me the other dealer had sold my truck even though they had a hold on it. David got back on their internet & found another truck that met my spec's. We re-did the paperwork & David got me another $500 discount for the problems. Two days later David delivered my truck to my driveway & spent a couple of hours one on one showing me how all the new fangled tech stuff worked. While making this purchase I found something sadly missing in today's society, Honesty, Integrity & a true desire to Serve your customer. David Bryson, I commend you on taking care of your customer & not just pandering to the almighty dollar.
I went in to buy a Terrain I saw online. I was there almost an hour and a half and the sales person primarily just collected my information and I really didn't see him again until he came back with the information that was beyond where I said I wanted to be. He simply laid the paper on the desk and I left. That was fine, but why waste over an hour of my time. I ended up buying a much nicer model from the Paris dealership. They worked every angle to get me the best price and where I needed to be with my financing. They actually acted as if they appreciated my business. Plus... I was driving away in my new red 2018 Terrain in about the same amount of time.
Everyone who works at this family owned dealership was friendly and nice. From the first phone call we made we got David Bryson and we were blown out of the water. He was helpful, trustworthy, reassuring and everything was exactly as he said it would be. He went above and beyond for us. We did a lot of research on the Yukon’s and Parkway has the best deals out there!!
I found this dealership from a radio spot on Kluv Radio, and Rebecca Black's recommendation. I would not normally have driven to Sherman to buy a car, but so glad I did. Justin was great, the entire process was smooth, hassle free. I got the payments I wanted and the price I needed on the trade in. It's worth the drive from mainstream Dallas to deal with these folks...All around great service.
Brought my 2012 Sierra in for 100K service. As always Andrew Matthews was right on top of everything. He made a number of recommendations to help maintain my ride. The service tech Mr Eck also did a great job in taking care of everything. I have never had anything but a 5 star service experience here. It is really nice when Andrew knows your name when he greets you. All these guys are professional in every area taking the time to explain every step needed.
What car buying experience should be! No pressure, up front pricing and complete transparency from start to finish! Bryan Hannah in Sales and Chad Smith in Finance restored my faith that there are still honest people in the car business!

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EXCELLENT SALES STAFF!!!! We purchased a used pickup truck for my son who is 18. He worked all summer and saved his money up to buy the truck he REALLY wanted. Two weeks into owning it and paying cash for it ($9500.00) the truck just stopped. Dead. I called Joey the Service Manager there and they got it in ASAP. I was having to leave town and explained the urgency of getting this vehicle fixed so that my son could have wheels while I was out. Joey and his team worked diligently and got it fixed in less than two days! Constant phone contact, emailing and wonderful communication by them to keep us in the loop and get the job done on time and NO CHARGE! I can't begin to tell you how this kind of services does NOT EXIST in the city at the city dealerships! This is the second vehicle I bought from this dealership and the second one I bought this year. (two teenagers driving age) I can tell you that Bonham Chrysler Dodge beat the city dealership HANDS-DOWN. No comparison at all! The city dealership could give two flips that my kid was driving a car with issues that they sold me, but not this dealership. I could keep going on but it is clear that Bonham Chrysler Dodge takes pride in their inventory used or new, takes pride in their customer service. They walk the walk, they put their money where their mouth is and the DELIVER! Don't waste your time with anybody else!
I went car shopping a month ago. I hate car shopping but Damian was awesome. Knowledgable and no- pressure. He made the experience tolerable and that’s a major accomplishment because I hate car shopping.
We drove from Mississippi to get my expedition because the price was so great. Augie and Joe were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond for us. Thanks Augie for answering my million questions :)
Found a used truck online at this Ford dealership, called and spoke with Casey. He was all over it. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I get it, salesmen are out to make money selling cars...But I have to say that Casey made me feel like the most important person that he spoke to that day. Listened to my situation and went to work for me based upon the information that I voiced important to me. I left the dealership that same day with the truck that I found on their website. Very happy and satisfied customer!
Saw this 2012 Lexus CT200 and fell in love with it and called Classic of Texoma to inquire about it. I lived in Oklahoma City and they are in Texas and they offer to bring the car to me so i can see it which they did and i end up buying the car. So far, its been a day of driving it and i am loving it. I really appreciate them bringing the car for me to see it first. Thanks Drew, I appreciate your service.
