2021 Jeep Wrangler review
I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

2023 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I own a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation equipped with the 2.7L TurboMax, and it’s been outstanding. It currently has 23,000 flawless miles. I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the 2.7 at first, but I jumped in feet-first and have never looked back. Living in Colorado, I regularly tow a 5,000-pound travel trailer through the Rockies with zero performance issues. The truck pulls confidently, handles grades with ease, and still delivers impressive fuel economy—23–24 mpg on the highway and about 18 mpg in town. I couldn’t be happier with this setup. If there is a negative to mention, that would be that after three years of ownership, the black wheels havent grown on me, and Im beginning to hate em. :) Lastly, the mpg while towing drops to 9mpg which is similar to that of a V8. All said, its been a great truck. :)

2018 Subaru Forester review
Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

2022 Ford F-150 review
2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

2023 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLA 45 review
I traded a '19 Z06 straight up for a new '21 GLA 45 AMG. Rather than standing out in a crowd, I wanted a sleeper that was also more functional and actually had traction. The GLA is a 5-tool player. It does everything well. Quiet, solid, comfy, able to haul stuff, and fast. Decent fuel economy, but not as good as my 650 HP Corvette, oddly enough. The car hasn't had a single flaw or glitch in 28 months and 4,700 miles. Tenacious grip, violent acceleration in Race Start, good brakes. The owner's manual, as thick as it is, offers little help figuring things out. As complex as the controls are, the manual isn't intuitive or helpful. Probably the most fun was lining up next to a Hellcat Charger at a light, engaging Race Start, having the Charger guy laugh at me, the light changing, and shocking him by soundly beating him to 50 mph. He wouldn't make eye contact. The GLA 45 AMG is the ultimate sleeper. Mine stickered for just under $70k, which is the cheapest of my last 3 cars. Still, it's not an outstanding value. My GLA doesn't stand out parked next to a Ford Escape or Maxda CX-50, which are half the price, but that's okay. Sleeper!

2024 Nissan Titan review
After doing extensive research on half ton trucks I decided on purchasing the 2024 Titan. Its the only truck without tons of engine and transmission recalls and has the same power and comfort as the big 3. Could not be happier with my decision as the ride and stability is awesome. I guess time will tell, but for now it feel like the best used half ton truck on the market.

I have a SV 4X4 MIDNIGHT EDITION its exterior styling is eye appealing and it does not look like "Everybody Else's Truck"! The Titan's interior is a worthy compliment to the exterior in stying and functionality. Hopefully I will never need to avail myself to the 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, but it is nice to know that it is there. I would put my Titan up against anyone's Ram, Silverado, or F150 and be very confident of having the superior truck.

2021 Nissan Titan review
I researched trucks and kept up with the market for THREE years. In my research, I found that Ford has transmission issues and electrical issues. Their 10 speed is trash and constantly searches for gears. I tested one and confirmed that. RAM, despite being a BEAUTIFUL truck(Rebel), is unfortunately just a Chrysler product with a RAM badge. If you know vehicles, you know to STAY AWAY from Chrysler products. They are absolute junk and constantly break down. Chevy/GMC unfortunately share the same transmission as the F150. GM/Ford codeveloped the 10 speed transmission in their respective trucks. Chevy/GM also have their AFM(Active Fuel Management) engines which are known to have lifter issues before and after the warranty. So then there’s the Tundra. Nice truck! And when I say Tundra, I mean the legendary V8 generation, NOT the new one with the twin turbo 3.5L Lexus engine that’s already having numerous problems with the turbos. Unfortunately, the V8 generation is known to get HORRIBLE gas mileage. It’s the #1 complaint among V8 Tundra owners, with many owners reporting 10-12 mpg average at best. There’s also “Toyota Tax” in which you’re knowingly paying more because Toyota…. So, after 3 years of exhaustive research, I decided one day to just type in “full size 4WD truck crew cab” and a beautiful sporty looking truck from Nissan popped up called the Titan. I got intrigued and started the obsessive research right away… Lo and behold I would come to find out that this highly unknown absolute GEM of a truck by Nissan had the highest rating on the market right next to the legendary V8 Tundra. With MANY owners reporting mileage of 250k-500k miles with just BASIC maintenance! What?! So WHY is this GEM of a truck not well known?! Well, it’s because Nissan gave this GEM of a truck absolutely ZERO marketing…. Like ZERO! Like it doesn’t exist…. In other words, Nissan royally shot themselves in the a** by NOT marketing this beautiful GEM of a truck AT ALL! After reading numerous reviews about legendary reliability, beautiful styling, extremely comfortable seats, tons of space and great power from the 5.6L engine, I knew I had check one out! So I found a 2021 with 13k miles and instantly went to drive it and I was sold! I have a 2021 Pro-4X in Glacier White with the black/lava red Pro-4X trim, fully optioned to match the Platinum Reserve. It’s basically a PR but in Pro-4X appearance(black instead of chrome). The truck now has 20,xxx miles on it and all I can is that I REALLY enjoy this truck! The styling, space, comfort, power, utility, drive and ride quality are all top notch! And the best part? The price! I bought mine for $10k LESS than ANY comparable truck from the “big 3”! Why?? Because Nissan doesn’t market them AT ALL so they don’t sell…. So they’re massively discounted and priced to move. They also have an outstanding 5-year/100k mile powertrain warranty! Best in the business! I bought my Titan CPO so the warranty is even better. Also, fun fact, the Titan does NOT have auto stop/start or AFM! It’s just PURE V8 goodness! And that V8 is paired to a buttery smooth 9 speed transmission! So then, why only 4 stars and not 5?! Well, that’s because the infotainment screen in the middle of the dash isn’t the greatest. Mine already has discoloration and the lamination on the screen looks like xxxx in direct sunlight. It also freezes here and there when I use CarPlay. I use CarPlay exclusively because I really enjoy using it. But it does freeze, particularly in cold weather, and I live in Wisconsin, where the weather is xxxx for over half the year…. All in all, I truly feel that the Titan IS the best overall truck on the market and it 1000% deserves YOUR attention! I plan keep this GEM of a truck for at least 10 years. I also really like that I do NOT see many of them on the road because they’re just not well known…. BUT, IF you know, you KNOW!

2025 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Let me start by saying I have the AT4 model with the Duramax 3.0L diesel. I had a 2024 Elevation with the 5.3L V-8 that I bought to pull my 22’ camper. While the Elevation pulled my camper fine it drank the gas like it was on a binge. And with a 26 gallon gas tank it seemed I was filling up every couple of hours. After one trip to Nova Scotia I knew something had to change. I pulled my camper out west to Yellowstone and back through Arizona. It pulled like a champ and fillups were a lot more manageable. Even driving the speed limit out west I still got four to five mpg better than with the gasser. I liked the Elevation but I love the AT4. Way nicer ride and great handling. I get 30 per gallon of diesel on the highway if I drive the speed limit but I got it to tow with. I added a Titian replacement fuel tank so I have 43 gallons instead of the 26 it came with.

2019 Ford Shelby GT350 review
I was about to pull the trigger on BMW M2 or M3 Competition. My coworker advise me to test drive GT350 which I did. The rest is the history... I purchase this car in Dec. 2019 and since then I can't get enough of this car. IMO GT350 is the best car-driver feel for it's price. When driving this car it feels like you in the supper car and this car makes you better driver. Not sure if Ford Performance was intentionally create such a great performance car but they did a very good job! Shelby GT350 is well balance car. It's Voodoo engine, Magneride adjustable suspensions and tight sporty steering makes this car so much to drive on the road and track. This second generation of Shelby GT350 continues it's legacy since 1965.

Did not give 5 star because: Info center surface glass stained not able to clean off imperfections. 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S review
Just bought a 2024 on a 2 year lease. Driving from Oregon to So CA. Very impressed with the car compared to the barebones long range Model Y I have had for 2 1/2 years. The launch edition has everything you could want - even massage seats for the driver and passenger. Have put 1k on the car and it drives very nice - perhaps not as buttery smooth as the Y but still very good. Range is 270 miles on highway in Eco mode - don’t know if the cool weather has something to do with the range. No real issues - don’t like the dial on the console for gears - prefer a stalk. Jeep software on iPhone is meh and not ready for prime time. Overall I really like it so far - plan is to ditch the Y once I ship the car to Hawaii.

2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The most important aspect of Herb Chambers Honda/Seekonk is that they are HONEST. They never lie to me nor do they push their own agenda. They allow me to make my own choices, which I love. Also, their service team is top notch. Again, they do not push anything on me. I make my own decisions about when and how much I want to do at any time, but I know to listen when they suggest that a repair is necessary. I have now bought 4 cars with them over the years, and, when I decide to buy another, they are my first choice. PS: Tim Islip in Service always give me sound advice. I love working with him!
2017 Audi S3 review
I had a 2015 s3 premium plus, I liked it so much I traded up for a 2017 s3 prestige in Vegas yellow. This car is beautiful to look at and a blast to drive. It makes me smile every time I look at it and it's a treat to get behind the wheel. The color makes people smile. It's like the perfect car, such a good mix of everything, I can't think of anything i’d rather drive. Audi hit a home run with this car.

2022 Acura ILX review
I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.
