I purchased my Outback Premium in 2022 new. Liked the color. silver, and didn't want moonroof or a lot of extras that could break. Bad battery experience has really disappointed our experience although the cars performance and comfort has not.

I purchased my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from White's Mountain Subaru in Casper, WY. I selected the Subaru after doing a lot of comparison shopping and research. The Crosstrek was the best value for the money. I am an older person and the adjustable seats are at a level that is easy to get in and out of. The cabin is roomy, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area. The heated seats and heated steering wheel are a nice feature. The ride is very comfortable, especially on longer trips. The vehicle is solid - well built. Subaru's commitment to safety is apparent and that gives me peace of mind when I'm on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

I recently purchased a toyota highlander with Beth. Despite this crazy pandemic time of trying to buy a car, she made the process so easy and straightforward and I loved working with her. Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

Hands down best service in town. Went in having no idea what I wanted and came out with a 2016 Ford Fusion that runs beautifully. Was not nearly as stressful as I had been anticipating, in fact it was very easy. Gerald Harman and the rest of the team were a tremendous help in getting me my new car. I am very thankful.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

Very impressed with the service and professionalism received. My husband and I never trusted the former dealership after two shady repairs. We were really hesitant about bringing our Chevy Equinox to the "new" dealership. When we learned that the service department were a different crew, we gave them a try. Got my XLT with black appearance option in may of 2023. Well worth waiting for 8 months. Have had the best luck with this truck. Have 28,000 miles and main battery just got replaced under warranty. None of those recalls ever pertained to this truck. Couldn’t be happier with this truck. Non plug in Hybrid . Great city mpg and rides great. Recommend to anyone wanting a small truck.

I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

I have a 2013 Toyota Tundra Limited Crewmax 5.7L V8 FFV 4x4. My truck has all the bells and whistles that I need (4 wheel drive, leather seats, heated seats, towing package, duel climate control, TRD off-road package, moon roof, etc). But it is also a very expensive truck. I bought the truck in 2022 for $27,500. It had 119,000 miles on it at the time. The interior with the limited package is nice to me, and doesn’t look out of date. The exterior also looks good to me. This truck so far has been incredibly reliable. I have not had a single issue with the truck. I really believe that this truck will last 300,000 miles. The performance of the truck is great as well. The 5.7L V8 gives you 381 horsepower. That is plenty enough for me. But the truck is not perfect. The only issues for me are 1. Fuel Economy 2. Rough Ride 3. Parking. This truck is a gas guzzler! I have 35 inch mud tires on my truck. It averages about 10-11 mpg combined. The truck also rides very rough (the mud tires on my truck probably make it worse). The truck is hard to park due to its size as well. Overall I would give the truck 4 out of 5 stars. I’ve gotten used to the rough ride and parking, but the low fuel economy really eats away at my wallet. But this truck lasts much longer on average than other trucks. It also holds its value much better than other trucks (at 9 years old with 119,000 miles it was still worth $27,500). If you can get past the poor fuel economy, then I think that you will really enjoy this truck. And if you take care of it, it should last you at least 250,000 miles.

Recently went in for routine service on my 2012 Honda CR-V and ended up trading that in on a 2016 Honda CR-V!!! Sales Rep - Dave Kuykendall was very easy to work with and gave us a great deal -- we couldn't have asked for a more easy-going buying experience. Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.

Sales staff displayed great presentation & communication skills; pricing was reasonable; tough but fair buying & negotiation process - communication was respectful, transparent and clear throughout. I was very pleased with a fair & final off-the-lot price agreement. This is a family oriented business which cares about its people and values its customers. Would highly recommend a visit. An excellent vehicle for the bat s..t crazy fast urban interstates that are all cracked and busted that I commute daily - soaks up road imperfections very well - excellent visibility quality fit and finish . surprisingly well equipped - fantastic safety + features and my first car with turning headlights and water proof seats- cool machine all around. highly recommend.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.
