In an industry that is notoriously and stereotypically based on haggling the customer, I never once felt any pressure to buy anything I didn't want or need. My experience actually started the night before when she emailed me to introduce herself...awesomde! When we met in person, Tatiana began by telling me the difference of Subaru and everyone else. She answered all my questions with detail, honesty, humor, patience, and integrity. We then spent some time getting to know each other. In the end, it didn't feel like a sales experience at all...more like talking with an old friend, and cares just happened to be the subject of our conversation. I would highly recommend Tatiana to anyone who is new to buying a car, someone who knows nothing about cars, or to anyone who values trust, care, and integrity when looking to buy a car. 2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.
