Mastria Subaru review
Had a great experience buying a Subaru at this dealership! I found myself needing to buy a car unexpectedly and came here and was helped by Bruce. He was so helpful through the whole process and I ended up driving home in a brand new car feeling very confident in my purchase. Bruce took the time to listen to what I was looking for, give solid options, and work with my budget. The best part was being walked through all the features of the car and meeting the team in the service center so i know exactly where to go when the car needs service. Ideally, I will not need to buy a new car for a long time, but if I do, I will come back here.

Anchor Auto Group - Subaru Nissan review
We had hoped to have a good car buying experience when we went to Anchor Subaru and instead we had a great experience with our salesman Frantz. He listened very well to get an understanding of what we were looking for. In a short time he had shown us one of a few cars that became exactly what we were looking for. We decided the next day to trade in our other car for a new Crosstrek. We couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled and we love both of our recently purchased cars. All of our interactions with Frantz were very easy and accomodating. We had a hitch put on one of our recently purchased vehicles and Jack in the Service Department handled that experience so well. The waiting room at the dealership is very relaxing and roomy. Snacks and drinks are available as complimentary. Anchor Subaru stands out as a top dealership! We have purchased vehicles here before and it is always a pleasure.

My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.

From the minute I walked into the building, I received positive attention and experienced extremely friendly people. My sales rep, Charles, was accommodating and thoroughly prepared for any of my questions or inquiries. I was initially introduced to Stacey (with whom I spoke on the phone) and Alex (manager). Everyone was so nice!! It’s a big deal to buy a new vehicle, and it could be very stressful—not at Mastria Subaru!! The gentleman that worked with me to finish forms, etc…(nicknamed H) was so professional and friendly. We hung out for almost an hour getting to know one another. There is a very tight team there and I will strongly recommend anyone to go there for any auto needs. I have a new mini AND new friends!

Bethany was so helpful. I wanted new blades for my windows. She sad the front was 60 dollars. I said ok. When she came back with my billi notice that the blades were not on the bill. She said oh yeah they were coveted by the warranty! No charge. I paid took the free car wash and on my way. Today it rained. New wipers. I just keep saying thank you Bethann oh the tune up was great. Runs brand new.

This is my third purchase from Metrowest Subaru. It was a great experience ! Yvonne was kind friendly and explained everything to me. I was able to work from the dealer while my car was serviced. Yvonne kept me posted and even added new wiper under warranty. I didn?t even know. She went the extra mile.

I went here looking for a Forrester for my wife that had very low miles and they were really nice guys and I though very accommodating to circumstances and the free ice cream bars are a plus. I would definitely recommend going here to buy a car!

North Reading Subaru review
I have been to many dealerships on the North Shore during the last few years buying and leasing for family. It is an experience I have come to dread. What I hate most is the waiting game they play to keep you in the dealership, whether you buy or not. When my husband needed a new car it started out badly with a dealer whose internet price was 8 thousand lower than the actual price. Again, this took hours . He went back on the net and found a used car at North Reading Subaru with low miles and an excellent price. " A come-on", I said, call before you go so we don't waste time". He called and spoke to Sarah, and we were there that afternoon assured that the car was available, and at the price stated. Sarah was amazing. We sailed through the process, including financing, with incredible ease and picked up the car the same afternoon. This dealership is the only one I would EVER recommend and Sarah was an excellent salesperson. Save time and aggravation with North Reading Subaru!

This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. He was not pushy, he responded right away whenever I reach out to him with any questions. He found what I was looking for at a fair price. I was in and out of the dealer whiten 2 hours. These people do not play games for profit. Very fair!!!
