We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.

2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
I purchased my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from White's Mountain Subaru in Casper, WY. I selected the Subaru after doing a lot of comparison shopping and research. The Crosstrek was the best value for the money. I am an older person and the adjustable seats are at a level that is easy to get in and out of. The cabin is roomy, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area. The heated seats and heated steering wheel are a nice feature. The ride is very comfortable, especially on longer trips. The vehicle is solid - well built. Subaru's commitment to safety is apparent and that gives me peace of mind when I'm on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek.
