2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
I purchased my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from White's Mountain Subaru in Casper, WY. I selected the Subaru after doing a lot of comparison shopping and research. The Crosstrek was the best value for the money. I am an older person and the adjustable seats are at a level that is easy to get in and out of. The cabin is roomy, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area. The heated seats and heated steering wheel are a nice feature. The ride is very comfortable, especially on longer trips. The vehicle is solid - well built. Subaru's commitment to safety is apparent and that gives me peace of mind when I'm on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek.

I didn’t intend to buy a car when I walked in, but I had a lease expiring and wanted to see the 2026 Solterra. They addressed every concern I had—lease return to another dealer, interest rate, light colored interior, height of car for ease of entry. The process took an afternoon, but went smoothly with friendly customer service. Filling out forms was a little quick for me to take in all to which I was agreeing, but they have reached out to me with multiple ways to ask questions, sent me cookies, and took care of my leased car. I’ve had multiple Subarus over the years. Glad they have made an effort to promote their electric version.

I recently leased a new Outback from this dealership. Much of the negotiations took place on-line prior to my appearing at the dealership and I was pleased that the terms were acknowledged and agreed when I appeared. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and I spent more time there than I had hoped, but was treated with fairness and courtesy by all employees and management, and generally very pleased with the transaction.
2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. My wife and I stopped by to look at a certified used Crosstrek and had a great purchasing experience. Kevin was the sales manager that helped us out and provided an easy to work with no pressure attitude. He did a great job going over the features of the car and really helping us understand all the technology. We had been at another dealership the day before and certainly did not get this level of expertise in the car we looked at. When it came time to negotiate and purchase, it was nice to have the set fair price on the car that we were purchasing and we were given fair market value for our trade right off the bat. It was easy, no pressure and will be going back when it's time for us to purchase our next car.

2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
Handling and features are great. It was pretty easy getting used to diving it and learning features. I had been driving a Honda CRV for 9 years and was a lot the same.
