After the deal had been agreed to the owner came out to me and noticed the gas tank was less than1/4 tank and handed me a "L" note and apologized for the tank not having more in it! A truly nice gesture.

These guys are amazing! From the owner Matt McNaughton, to his son Corbin, to Cameron. I had purchased a vehicle about a month ago when I turned in a lease, and when the time was quickly approaching to turn in another lease vehicle, I went back to 616 Motors and worked with Matt. Some things happened and I was not going to be able to get the vehicle I really wanted because of the disparity between the book value and the loan amount. Instead of Matt chalking it up to a lost sale, he brought the price down to where the loan amount I could get for the car was enough, even to cover tax, title, and license, so I did not have to come up with a balance. Because he did that, I know the business did not make much of, if any profit, and that is commendable. Matt REALLY went the extra mile for me and my family and we are exceptionally grateful. 616 Motors knows how to do business, knows how to value customers, and understands the immeasurable importance of customer service as it relates to gaining repeat customers! 2011 Subaru Forester review
Best longest lasting car I ever owned. (Premium package) Unfortunately,it had the motor issue where it burned oil and I had to complain for years to the dealership until they finally verified what I complained about since 34,000 miles. At 100,000 miles they changed out the motor parts and corrected the problem. I’ve owned several other American made(made in Canada) vehicles who never stood behind their vehicles so got fed up and purchased a Subaru. This story still goes to show that there can still be mechanical issues but a great dealership can really make a difference. I purchased it in the Wilkes-Barre area but a Northumberland dealership finally fixed the recall issue. Our family now has owned 3 Subaru’s and love them!

This is my 4th Subaru! I love it. Never any problems. But it only has 24,000 ACTUAL miles on it! Well, its a good car! I'm eyeing a Subaru Ascent. It can pull a small camper and carry 7 passengers!
