Mehdi Benmoussa has deep product??? knowlege and excellent selling skills! Mehdi was very professional, nice and knows how to sell the assigned products. He listens carfully to what you need, gives you advices and doesn???t do push sales like other salespersons ! He knows everything about each car even teh small details!! Bearing design problems.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
My sales person Tina Suxo was so nice and helpful she showed me a few cars but i really wanted a truck and she and her crew got me into a very nice an clean chevy pick up .. i recomend this place highly .. thank you Tina so much

This was a pre-owned vehicle used lightly as a loaner. It looks, runs and even smells like new. And we paid a great price, no BS
…. Oh yes - and the Subaru is pretty fab also ;)
I have never bought a new car in the US but have been well aware of the challenges and mythology surrounding said endeavor — all of which were quickly confirmed the instant I was pushed through the front doors of two Subaru dealerships - So a couple of weeks ago we broke free from the gravitational pull of the “Atlantic nebula”, took a wide birth around and away from the blackhole better known as the “Quirk-effect” and plotted a course to Planet Subaru.
Planet Subaru - It is obvious to us that you value both your employees and customers. Everyone we met in the sales Debt, Dave in finance, the service desk and the customers by the coffee machine … where all simply smiling - chatty and relaxed, and from our perspective that is all that was required.
Dale - Beth and I are so pleased with having met and worked Derek and Milo - intelligent, funny, patient, knowledgable and a great sense of asking the right question and the right time ……… and that was just Milo ! Both Derek and Milo are indeed assets to your company.
My only complaint is the ridiculous long services intervals as 6000 miles is way too long to wait to drive up to Planet and absorb some more of your positive and relaxed energy. I will be up sooner than my scheduled service decrees - no doubt !
I am not sure what you raison d’être is but … “bloody well done" and keep at it !

I love my 2018 Forester. I’m only 5’ and the seats are very comfortable. Don’t really like the Navigation - can’t seem to make it work. I have 2 friends who also have a Forester, all of ours are green. Only thing negative is the rear windshield wiper. When I go through the car wash, the portion that doesn’t move, pops off. I’ve lost one and now I have to put painters tape over it to keep it in place.
My lease will run out in a few months and saw that prices were quite good at this dealership. Dealt by email only. Very helpful and advised to wait as I would indebted on the lease if I broke it. Very honest and helpful in my opinion.

I was'nt sure I would like a SUV as I always drove a compact car, but decided to try it as I am shorter and needed to see better on major freeways and roadways in the Metro area as I would have large semi's, trucks, other Suv's in the lanes surrounding me. Oh what a difference-love it that now I can actually see everything so clearly. The car is easy to get in and out. It rides and feels like a luxury car. Has all the safety features plus.
I want to take this opportunity to compliment and recognize two of the extraordinary members of the service team at Planet Subaru:
I have had a number of positive interactions with Andy over the last couple years and every time I come into the undealership he greets me by name and with a warm smile. He is such a pleasure to interact with and one of the many reasons I continue to service my vehicle at Planet. I have never met a more genuine team of service professionals in my life and Andy is a shining example of this. This morning’s visit to Planet was another example of Andy welcoming me to Planet regardless of whether he will be coordinating my vehicle’s service for the day. I really appreciate that and feel so valued for my business with Planet. He is a true gentleman!
Allie welcomed me into the undealership this morning for my scheduled 60,000 mile service. She was, as she always is, very welcoming and friendly. I always feel like I am leaving my car in very capable hands. Allie takes the time to clearly explain the details of the service and makes sure I am fully aware of every important detail. Later this morning she contacted me to advise that my driver’s side front tire should be replaced due to a puncture on the sidewall that I was unaware of. She suggested that an alignment be completed as well with the replacement of the tire and also provided a clear service recommendation for fuel injection service. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable Allie was and how accommodating she was with the use of the Passport loaner vehicle.
Since purchasing our 2015 Subaru Outback, I have been a fan of Planet Subaru. From Sales to Service, my wife and I have been treated like a valued part of the Planet Subaru family. It is because of the unprecedented level of service from people like Andy and Allie, that we will continue to service our vehicle at Planet and plan to purchase many more Planet Subaru vehicles in the future.

Love it. The Forester has plenty of room. It has a smooth ride. There’s plenty of space in back to haul items. It gets good gas mileage.
Best car buying experience I've ever had. There was a communication issue between the dealership and Subaru USA which cost Planet Subaru about $3500. Other dealerships simply would have abandoned the sale or passed the $3500 on to the customer, but Planet ate the difference. Very impressed with their integrity and customer service focus.
We recently bought from Village Subaru and the experience was flawless. Erik Holm was delightful to work with. He had the most competitive price among 8 dealerships we reached out to. Eric found the car matching our specs within a day and threw in for free a few accessories that came with the car that we hadn’t asked for. All the negotiations were over email and on the pickup day Erik had all the paperwork ready and we were able to leave with our purchase in less than an hour. We highly recommend Erik and Village Subaru if you are in the market for a car.

The Forester is exactly what we were looking for. Reasonably priced, very comfortable, efficient for its size, smooth driving, excellent performing. Upright seating fits a wide range of sizes and is great for tall drivers. Excellent rear seat space. Very, very, good cargo space access. The interior is well laid out. Controls are easy to reach and easy to understand. One more thing, the climate control system is fully up to handling Phoenix summer weather.
I have too say, being a little skeptical of buying a used car from a dealer I was quite surprised when I stopped by Mastria Subaru. The salesman Ron C. couldn't of been any better. He is a true professional. He was easy to talk to and discuss the car I was interested in and walked me through the whole process. He as well as Chris D. the Sales manager gave me a very good price on the car I purchased. I when the time comes to purchase another car will be going to them again. Dan C
Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.
Dealership is sending someone to my home with a loaner car and taking my car back for an appraisal...then returning my car...and then delivering my new car... great customer service!!

This car provides one of the best safety feature, eyesight. Driving with it always provides me with the most confidence. The AWD comes with standard configuration of this car also make your icy driving safer.
This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. David Moretti was very accommodating and had a great attention to the small but important details. He was very personable and certainly made us feel like we were talking with an old friend. We would highly recommend David and all of the Michaud TEAM to any perspective car buyers. (In fact, we have already referred him to our daughter and son-in-law!)

I love it! And have since I bought it a year ago. I loved my other three prior Subaru’s, but this one is overall my favorite because of all the room.
Just bought a used 2013 Impreza from the North Reading Subaru. Dwight was our salesperson and the whole process was very smooth. We got a good deal and it wasn't at all frustrating as some of my previous car buying experiences have been. This is the second car I've bought there and I would definitely recommend them.

Example: The gps/map system is not intuitive to easily upgrade maps! Subaru seems unable to inform customers when new maps are available? Using the Subaru app Subaru Toolbox Gen2 is not very user friendly.....a poorly created app period! Connecting to your personal devices through STARLINK is a waste of time and unreliable. Why Subaru uses this poorly designed software and not Apple Car Play, used by most other car manufacturers, is questionable! It would be truly nice to be able to link my IPhone to the Gen2 headunit display but.....no way? Seems the electronics of this car is for Android devices primarily and not Apple friendly!

Al Pagliarulo was excellent to work with on the purchase of my 2019 Forrester Limited which I picked up yesterday. This is my first Subaru so I had lots of questions before I purchased the car, did 3 test drives, and had lots of questions when I picked up the car to be sure I knew how to work everything. Throughout the process Al was professional, no pressure, and answered all my questions. In general, I was pleased to find the atmosphere at Patrick friendly and respectful. I liked being greeted by the sales manager Susan whenever I walked in. All the staff seem to work well as a team. None of the craziness and hard sell you find at other places. I LOVE my new Subaru! It was a great choice for me!
