Used 2020 Subaru Forester for sale in Akron, OH

For many including myself, car buying can be a nerve-wracking experience. To date I have leased five cars from the Bedford location. Salespeople make all the difference when car buying and each time, my salesman, Mr. Joe Lonardo has made the process easy and pleasant. Everyone at this dealership is always extremely courteous and helpful.

I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

Upon the recommendation of a friend from work, my wife and I made the hour-plus drive from our home in Geauga county down to Diehl Subaru. We met with Erik Bettinger and went over a couple new vehicles, finally deciding that the 2023 Subaru Forester was the best choice for us. After going back home to sleep on it, something we always do prior to a large purchase, we decided that the dealership and the vehicle were both right for us. We called Erik and put a deposit on the Forester, then returned to Diehl the next week to finalize the purchase. All in all, the entire process was very easy, painless and simple. Everyone at the dealership was helpful; no issues at all. The best new car buying experience we have ever had. The Forester is beautiful, and operates as a new car should, no problems. My friend was right, the trip to Diehl was worth it.

This is my first Subaru and I’m so impressed! Just a great drive! I love the safety and convenience features…but I also just love to drive again!!!

My 2020 Forester does everything I ask it to, very effective and efficiently. I've owned over 100 vehicles in my life time and this one is with my top favorites. Good value, safe, economical, reliable, dependable, and over all quality is top notch. I am very pleased with this decision.

Have always purchased from Brunswick Auto and always a pleasant experience. However, when it comes time for service beware here’s an example: I just called today for a first time oil change and tire rotation on a brand new Pacifica. Today’s date is 2/9 and the first available appt. is 3/21. Again this is just a simple oil change. So confused. Sure miss the ProCares guess I’m headin to Somewhere new Jiffy lube? Not sure but know I’m disappointed in Brunswick Auto.

At 78 we had a hard time getting in and out of my Acura TLX. This vehicle is so much better for my wife and myself. Vehicle has more interior space, rides smoother, more safety features, better gas mileage, etc. Only time will tell if it is as reliable. Had the car now for 2 months.

The staff at Prestige were great. Our salesperson was not pushy and he was able to find us the vehicle we wanted and within our budget. They made the entire car buying process quick and painless. Only downside, wish they would have cleaned up the vehicle before we left the lot with it.

Excellent experience. Good selection of used cars and very quick service to review and test drive stock vehicles. I would recommend this location to friends and family.
