Used 2020 Subaru Forester for sale in Roselle, IL

I stopped by the dealership without an appointment hoping to schedule a repair of two minor things on my Impreza. To my surprise they took the car in and gave me a brand new Outback to drive while repairs were made. All I can say is thank you Joe B. at Grand Subaru!

I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

From setting up the appointment to paying the bill, customer service is always professional, friendly, and detailed. The waiting area is clean, customer service representatives are always sending updates, loaners are always easy to get, and the prices are always reasonable.

This is my first Subaru and I’m so impressed! Just a great drive! I love the safety and convenience features…but I also just love to drive again!!!

It was quite a journey in finding the right vehicle with different dealerships until I hit a home run! Grand Subaru has a winning team of players that made my experience in purchasing my 2023 Forester Touring delightful! It's my first SUV in which was custom built in Japan, the turn-around time was about 2 months. The attention to detail was excellent starting with Afiza, the sales floor representative who is knowledgeable, patient, excellent communication by phone/email and she goes above and beyond to help make your experience positive. I love the FREE car washes throughout the year! The delivery specialist, Jason Zapfel sealed the deal with his expertise in a one-on-one meeting in explaining the technology functions of my vehicle which left me impressed and happy with my purchase. Jason also gifted me a $25.00 gas card. This is my first Suburu and SUV I've ever owned, it's been fun getting acquainted with it.

My 2020 Forester does everything I ask it to, very effective and efficiently. I've owned over 100 vehicles in my life time and this one is with my top favorites. Good value, safe, economical, reliable, dependable, and over all quality is top notch. I am very pleased with this decision.

At 78 we had a hard time getting in and out of my Acura TLX. This vehicle is so much better for my wife and myself. Vehicle has more interior space, rides smoother, more safety features, better gas mileage, etc. Only time will tell if it is as reliable. Had the car now for 2 months.

Every thing is fine with, I sometimes think that the storage space is small I would like to carry a 4x8 sheet of plywood but its tight. Right now I am having a problem with thermo control valve, reading that’s was common on 2019, but the dealer said it was ok to drive from Florida to Michigan Love the car otherwise

The salesman Mark was very helpful in pick out the car. Helpful w/ test driving the car . Answered ? I needed to know on the Forester. Also had the technician Jason helped w/ the computer things on the car, I had ?s on.

Third time buying a car from Napleton Palatine Subaru, two used and this time a new car. The sales manager Dan Shusterman is a pleasure to deal with and all of the sales team is very knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely the place to go for a new or used Subaru.

I was looking for a used car for a while, and I found one at Countryside Nissan, I contact the dealer and Chuck was the one who help me to get the car, he personally took the time to send me a video of the car even before o arrive to the dealership. He was courteous and generous he provide snacks and offer tomatoes from his own garden. Lol. At the end I got the car thanks to Chuck. I really recommend Chuck as your sales advisor. Too bad I can only give Chuck 5 stars he deserves more.

This is the first time I leave a review for a car, meeting the car dealership General Manager Alex and his Sales Manager Abe I was very impressed with them both, Alex was a fledging aviator when I first met him and a European mentality towards perfection, professionalism, and honesty along with Abe’s dedication to those ideals keeps Sherman Dodge as a number one car dealer in the Chicago area or even in Illinois. An example of this is as a senior I still like cars that are different and I picked a 4 wheel drive vehicle, to my surprise I was having difficulty driving the vehicle for I drove it like a pilot one hand on the throttle other on stick, which is keeping one hand on steering wheel and other on the gear shift which is a no no with newer vehicles. To keep this short Alex came out, got in the car and gave me instructions on how to drive the vehicle correctly. Along with a good trade-in allowance and receiving a beautiful vehicle, this is the dealership for all ages with high standards and integrity.
