My experience at Grand Subaru was grand. They did my oil change and checked my car for weaknesses. My Crosscheck passed with flying colors. My car is 10 years old and was the first hybrid back in 2016. When I received my color it was cleaned inside and out. I loved it!

Took the car in as I was hearing a slight thumping sound that I felt should not be happening. In no time I was told that I should have had the tires rotated that I had over-looked. Derik notified me of the problem, the solution and there was no charge

The service I received at Berman was fantastic and I will be servicing my Forester there moving forward! Setting up the appt was a breeze, but it was Larry, who took care of us, who really made the experience a positive one! Mario and Rick were beyond helpful with my purchase. Mario was very knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
