Fred Haas Toyota World review
Working with M.r Kamran durrani was truly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, there was zero high-pressure sales talk or typical dealership games. M.r Kamran durrani actively listened to what I needed, respected my budget, and found the exact vehicle I wanted without trying to upsell me. The pricing was completely transparent from start to finish with no surprise add-ons, and the paperwork was fast and painless. If you want an honest, straightforward, and respectful experience, go see M.r Kamran durrani

My daughter bought a 2015 Kia Soul today from Jeff Wiemann at Carmax Cy Fair. 15 minutes into our visit she realized Jeff had been her salesman back in 2013 when she purchased her 'first' car! He's a great salesman- I have always given 5 star reviews to carmax- but Jeff deserves a huge 5 star review too!

Handles very smoothly from the time I arrived until service was complete. I did leave my car and it was necessary to check with me for added part replacement. Again phone calls back and forth handled smoothly and when I picked up my car it was ready.

Great experience at CarMax Wichita! We worked with Sales Consultant Vernon Nelson and he was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We felt zero pressure from him, which was a stark contrast to another dealership we were working with who pressured us hard and had an attitude when we didn't buy on the spot. Vernon just wanted us to have the best car for us, regardless of whether or not that was from CarMax. They offered us a fair price on both the trade-in and the vehicle purchase itself as well, so no we'd have no hesitations recommending them to others.
