Hanza was fantastic (as always) with my repairs, taking care of me, and extremely responsive. I cannot say enough good things about him! While waiting for my car, I test drove a 2019 X5 with. My sales person. Dennis Warren. I trust Dennis implicitly and will purchase my 3rd BMW from him in 2019 b/c of his fantastic service, care for customer, authentic style, and depth of knowledge .

So my wife, and I went to Weisner on a Saturday looking for a new car. I was still in the car with a bad back, but my daughter was with us and she was helping my wife. They started walking around and looking at cars as a sales man named Jason Burrow, who came out and was just so friendly. Jason asked them what they wanted and right off the bat he went to work. He was straightforward, professional and even added a little bit of laughter and comedy to the process. We were in and out in just a few hours with a new car! I really enjoyed working with him, and I will be back.

Came in to get an oil change and I couldn’t figure out where the services department was but Fidel barrientos came and helped me find it he was very nice and respectful. The oil change was very fast and efficient.
Robert Doolittle provided an excellent sales and service experience for us with our purchase of a new Pilot. Most impressively, he got us out the door as quickly as he could on the day of purchase/delivery because we had 2 young children with us and the visit went past lunch time. He then followed up by driving to our home the following business day to spend time orienting us to all the vehicle settingx and features. He has been in constant contact to answer questions and concerns during this first week. We love the vehicle as well as the service he has provided.

Jeff Wiemann at Carmax Cy Fair. 15 minutes into our visit she realized Jeff had been her salesman back in 2013 when she purchased her 'first' car! He's a great salesman- I have always given 5 star reviews to carmax- but Jeff deserves a huge 5 star review too!
Didnt like the fact that because you buy a car cash they cant provide you not even 1 day warranty like what if you didnt notice something minimal they should give you at least a week i mean not necessarily on the body of the car but at least any mechanical things you may have not noticed like a horn not working. -_-
Frank at Corp Cars Inc was incredibly nice, we bought a newer model vehicle with 17k and it was smooth and seamless. He even came down on an already fair price that was under blue book. He walked us through the buying and even reminded us of issues concerning our loan with USAA that saved us a whole payments worth of money on the loan. He is a USAA preferred dealer. Great business and they will treat you right.
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
Russell and Smith has given me great customer service since the first day I walked in looking at cars two years ago. They take care of their customers who are just walking in or who have made an appointment and the wait time is always reasonable. Beat dealership in Houston
I was there during my lunch for some repairs to get done. I was supposed to get a rental car and it took me almost 2 hrs to get one. I was very very upset, but thanks to the sales manager Ammar Sheikh that saw my frustration on my face, he was the only one that seems to be concerned about my issue. I try to talk to the service manager, but he said that he was too busy to talk to me. That was very rude of him to say that, when I know that he was not busy at all. I just wanted to say that you should have more friendly staff like Ammar Sheikh working there in your company. Also, Mr. Rene was very nice to me.
