Stopped in at Mike Shaw while visiting the area from NYC to find a place to live. Just meant to test drive an Ascent but ended up ordering one that day. Despite my age, this was the first new car I was purchasing and the first car after 20 years of being car free. Alex V was super helpful with explaining the options ??? and that because of the options I picked it would take 8 to 12 weeks. When it looked like it might go a couple of weeks over, he kept me calm and the car (which is great) came in right at the 12 week mark. Great people. Low pressure. Excellent location for those of us north of Denver. You might have to bargain a bit for your discounts but you???ll also likely get more than the no-haggle places. Since it was my first time ordering a vehicle, I don???t know if it???s customary to offer a loaner in the meantime. They eventually offered but only after I whined a bit. (Again, I???m new to the negotiating thing so maybe that???s on me). Day of pickup, I was in and out of there in a flash.
Love the car and had a good experience with our salesman Austin. Found a vehicle that was different than what we originally came here for but nonetheless we left satisfied and am happy with my purchase from a friendly and knowledgeable dealership

Started out my day at the Honda dealership with my wife. Before we made any decisions we wanted to see an ascent. We went to mike Shaw Subaru and were greeted by Keith. He made the whole experience great and was full of knowledge. He is also a good Christian man and very respectable. When we get another Subaru it will be from him.
RJ Seidel was absolutely wonderful to work with buying our new Subaru Crosstrek. He has followed up several times to make sure that everything has gone smoothly. Great buying experience!!

Rich, Len and Todd made the buying process informative, professional and courteous. We found the Subaru we wanted; it had just come in from shipment and the car was ready at the appointed time the next day for delivery. Rich walked us through the paperwork process with ease; Len did a great job pointing out the specifics of the vehicle from the technical perspective and Todd made the final paperwork process smooth and respectful. A great dealership. This is our second Crosstrek; the former being a hybrid version. Cheers to a very well staffed and efficient dealership.
Rich at Subaru Loveland was absolutely outstanding. I fell in love with a new Subaru Impreza, but I knew it wasn't possible to purchase. Rich worked hard and made my dream a reality!
