My only complaint is that exactly 1 day after receiving the service, A coupon from the dealer arrived in the mail with a better discount than I had obtained by looking online. I live in Cleveland, but when I am searching for a new car I talk to dealers from Buffalo to Chicago. I have been doing this for years and I can honestly say the dealers in smaller towns will give you the best deal, if you are willing to travel. Two weeks ago I contacted over 20 dealers and by far the best deal and the nicest people were Diehl in Massillon. Thorne Silvius was great as was Tim Smith the sales manager. No xxxxxxxx, no games. Their pricing was excellent and they were very easy to deal with. I drove down there, the car was ready, they got me through finance fast and away I went in a new Outback. I highly recommend you to them if you are thinking about leasing or buying a Subaru. Great dealer, no hassles at great prices ... cannot beat that from Buffalo to Chicago.

Upon the recommendation of a friend from work, my wife and I made the hour-plus drive from our home in Geauga county down to Diehl Subaru. We met with Erik Bettinger and went over a couple new vehicles, finally deciding that the 2023 Subaru Forester was the best choice for us. After going back home to sleep on it, something we always do prior to a large purchase, we decided that the dealership and the vehicle were both right for us. We called Erik and put a deposit on the Forester, then returned to Diehl the next week to finalize the purchase. All in all, the entire process was very easy, painless and simple. Everyone at the dealership was helpful; no issues at all. The best new car buying experience we have ever had. The Forester is beautiful, and operates as a new car should, no problems. My friend was right, the trip to Diehl was worth it.
2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.
