He helped to make the purchase process go very smoothly. This was an enormous help! Joseph was very patient with any/all questions. The salesperson didn't seem to hear the loud tires on this car. It was a nice car otherwise, but had lousy tires. After speaking with the sales manager, it was determined that my spouse would also have to apply. I didn't drive home in the beautiful car.
