Knowledgeable, good listeners, made the best deal

Buying a new car is an all encompassing task. For a time, I was juggling eight different Subaru dealers from three states to get answers and prices on the Outback and package I wanted. AutoNation, in Spokane, Wa, soon came to the top of the pack. Ryan Murphy and Mike Libby, salesmen at AutoNation, found the Outback I wanted. They listed exactly what the cost would be for the options I wanted; answered my questions in details for two weeks; and even picked me up at my hotel when I took the train to Spokane. Yes, until I saw Ryan when he picked me up, I didn't quite believe shopping for a car on the internet was real. I had a poor experience visiting my local car dealer where the sales person called me greedy for comparing prices. Ryan completely elevated and changed my opinion of 'car dealers'. Ryan Murphy has people skills where he really listens to you. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru and took the time to explain it in a way I could understand it. I am impressed that he is an authentic person who is conscious of the environmental footprint of Subaru. Yes, Ryan and Mike solved obstacles on the spot and gave me an unbelievable price!! But more than the best price in three states they are genuine people I would highly recommend to my friends.
I have only had the car a few days but the safety features and ease of driving this Subaru Outback are amazing. I wanted a car that could tow a 1000# trailer, had good ground clearance, and all wheel drive. The Outback does all that and has the best MPG than any of other cars in its class. Besides addressing the environment footprint by the Subaru PERZA emission system, the Outback is also USA made in Indiana!!
