The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. All in all a very good experience. They had the vehicle that I wanted at a good price and they took my trade for a couple hundred less than my dream price. I worked with Terry and it really was quite painless and quick. I am from Ohio and there was a mess up with some paperwork needed but that was straightened out with a few phone calls.
