We have had two exceptionally satisfying experiences with South Ogden Subaru. In both instances, Nathan Walker was our principle contact (salesman and overall guide through the purchase process). We purchased our first Forester in March 2016 and knew we had found the right dealership and salesman. Unfortunately, we were involved in a serious accident (not at fault) that "totaled" the car this past August (2017). We made an appointment with Nathan and he guided us, again, through the selection and purchase of a new 2017 Forester. We picked it up just two days later!! Nathan treated us "like family"; very sympathetic about our misfortune and personally supervised every detail of our second transaction. South Ogden Subaru has an outstanding staff -- sales,service and parts. And, Nathan is the "go-to-guy" for us!

Bought it new in Oct 2011, fantastic in snow, I live in a hilly area of PA and still get 28 mpg local and 33 mpg on trips, only issue I had with it was had to replace front wheel bearing, which i did myself. Takata air bag issue was fixed promptly by dealer, very satisfied with car and dealer, Minooka Subaru Moosic PA.

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Nate Wade Subaru was exceptional from start to finish! My initial contact was through an online inquiry and request for an ePrice - I was connected with Josh Kelly. Initially I was just testing the water as to my options to upgrade from my 2013 Subaru Legacy to a 2016 Legacy with EyeSight and other new safety features. I had my heart set on a specific color and was flexible with the options, to a point. A couple trips (225 miles each way) to Nate Wade Subaru to check out inventory and test drive a few cars - helped set me on the track to purchase. The only difficulty was when I decided on options I wanted and found that there were two cars on the lot appointed as I wanted - but neither in my preferred color. Josh searched other dealers and found there was actually one a short (40 minutes) away which was exactly what I wanted. It was a Saturday - a busy one at Nate Wade, Josh had several customers simultaneously and I never felt that I was anything but his top priority. He took the time to try to contact the other dealership to see if they would do a dealer trade for the car but the other dealership said they were shorthanded and didn't have time. This didn't stop Josh from trying other routes to see if the car was actually available and could be obtained for me. He said if it was he would drive there and get the car for me. Needless to say, the day ended without word from the other dealer so I went home. By the end of the day Sunday, I felt I'd adequately explored my options - between getting the car from the other dealer or selecting one on the lot which had the options but not the exterior/interior color I preferred. I was back on the road to Nate Wade Subaru on Monday morning. I met with Josh briefly to look over the printouts for the different cars, then went to look at the vehicles they had on the lot. Josh went to work to see if they could get the car from the other dealer. Ultimately this dealership agreed, but had changed the price on the car - so I declined. (Sorry to put you through all the Josh!) Instead I purchased the one at Nate Wade even if it wasn't the color I'd originally hoped to find. It is a lovely car (same exterior color as my 2013) and has some really awesome features! Once I'd finally made up my mind, Josh handed me over to Nick Poulos to finalize the paperwork. Nick is quite a character! It was a pleasure getting to know him a little while he walked me through the sea of paperwork. It truly felt like talking with an old friend in the short time in his office. He definitely added a nice personal touch to the process. Thanks so much Nick for the special care and everything! I really enjoyed driving home (3+ hours on the freeway). It was a stormy day and my new Legacy handled the slushy/snowy road with nimble road-hugging reliability that I expect, know and love! Subaru's are the best and Nate Wade Subaru and their staff are top notch! Thank you all!

bought my 2009 limited pzev 2.5i with 23k, one owner. I broke 4 wheel bearings, 2 cats (recalled), the radiator, and an oil sensor. there were 9 recalls which is a bit sketchy. I bought the car as a test really - to see if subaru's really are unbreakable, reliable, and cheap to maintain...im not exactly disappointed... the car currently has 160k of HARD miles. I purposely put a beating on this thing. I tried to get it stuck in deep snow and NOT ONCE would it get stuck. every morning hot or cold it turns right over. engine light came on one time at 150k for an oil pressure sensor ($120), but that's it. the drive train feels invincible - I literally cant break it - I see another 160k added with ease. as for reliability - anything that broke was my fault, or recalled. I think the front end is ugly, its a little long for a car, and everything about it is incredibly basic, but for an overall review I can honestly say this car is great. a little expensive for the basic features, wish I got the GT, but as reliable as they say Subaru's are. 11/10 in terms of mechanics and reliability.

I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.

I came in to look at a 2014 Subaru they had in stock. I fell in love immediately and couldn't leave without trading in my old car. I was SO impressed by Jeramiah's manner in dealing with me. I have dealt with Nate Wade for the past 10 years (service department) so when I decided to trade in my 2008 WRX and lease a new Outback, Jeramiah was the sales person I ended up with - lucky me! Jeramiah made sure that I chose the exact model that would fit my needs. I was totally surprised that from start to finish, I was only there a mere 3 hours to drive off in my new Outback! Nate Wade is the best!
Engine and mileage troubles

It's a pretty little car. I got the white. It does have excellent outboard visibility which was important to me . The seats are comfortable and I wanted it for the safety ranking, the AWD and the visibility all of which are as promised. It is the smallest car I've had in 40 years but has room for what I need at my age. However it did not get better than 19 mpg city and highway and they had to put a new engine in it. Now it is averaging 24 and can get 32 on the hwy in favorable conditions. I like the heated sets on the lowest setting and am happy to have the back up camera although it is nearly useless after dark-very blurry. I think it accelerates fast enough. I am not happy to not have retained auxiliary power which I thought was standard on something at this price : $26,0000. It is a huge nuisance to have to turn the car back on to close the sunroof or roll a window up or down, The sound system is horribly overcomplicated. Too many unneeded warning indicators which are pretty tiny and take research to figure out.I like the driver info center. I'm getting older and would prefer a car with fewer rather than more features. I had to search hard to find one with a compass , which I still find useful and essential but it is placed-way up in a corner of the rearview mirror. Should be on the dash somewhere to be really useful. The salesforce and the mechanics are very responsive and the car is generally well made. They fixed the engine without complaint. So they get points for that. I just think it is complicated in ways that are not helpful.

I previously owned a 2008 Subaru Outback, purchased new at Nate Wade Subaru in December 2007. The main reason for purchasing my Second Outback (this time a 3.6R Limited) from Nate Wade Subaru after 169,000 hard desert and mountain miles, was Mitch Leavel and Gerald Thompson in the Service Department. It is the most thorough and trustworthy automobile service department I have ever been to, and one of the main reasons for purchasing my 2nd Subaru at Nate Wade. I never worry where in the hinterlands of the various mountain ranges in the Wide Open Western US my next road-trip will be, as I know I will make it back safely. They always take the time to answer my questions to completeness. My car salesman, Robb Patterson, was the perfect amount of "mellow" coupled with an even-keeled patience, as I am a high-strung individual who just wanted the 6-Cylinder Outback with a Sunroof. He was extremely detailed in responding to my questions, and there was little to "haggle," as I was a returning customer to Nate Wade, and Nick Poulos took care of me.

I was looking to buy a newer used car and decided to go with either a Forester or Outback. My husband and I were put in touch with Nate Wade Subaru through the Costco Auto Program. Erik Robbins was great. The first time we went in we told him that we were just looking and weren't sure exactly when we were going to be purchasing (we knew it would be in the next few months). Erik didn't put any pressure on us and let me test drive both the Forester and Outback. A few weeks later my Mom was in town and she wanted to come with us to see what we were looking at for vehicles. Again we test drove a Forester and Outback. We decided to go with a new 2018 Outback because it had everything I was looking for in a vehicle. Erik was great to deal with again. He didn't put any pressure on me and let me know each step and told me before we started the next step that I didn't have to take that next step unless I was ready. That was really nice because I thought I was going to just show my Mom what I was looking at, but ended up deciding that day that I was going to buy a new Outback. Erik was great in giving my husband and I privacy when we needed to discuss things. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable as we were working on the different steps. When we got to the finance part Nick Poulos was also great. He worked with me on my financing, so that I was able to get something that worked for me. Both he and Erik were great at explaining things to me. I have had to stop back twice since I made my purchase. Once to get the windshield screen as I want one that fit correctly and the other time to get the Zurich shield put on. Erik saw me both times and greeted me. He made sure that whatever questions I had were answered and that if I needed any help that I was taken care of. I am so appreciative of how well I was treated. I have been in other dealerships were I have been pressured to buy a vehicle I didn't want and wasn't treated nicely when I didn't buy it. That was not the case at all with Nate Wade Subaru.

Talk about a sleek car with available iSight camera system that helps ensure the safety of everyone in the vehicle. Comes with adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist. Automatic braking to avoid front end collion. Reverse camera with automatic braking and sensors to alert you of oncoming objects usually not in your immediate view when reversing. The day time running lamps are the sharpest looking thing on the road, I prefer them over my BMW LED day time running lamps. In terms of comfort you have all premium leather heated seats with a wood grain front panel that gives off a modern style. Steering wheel paddle shifters with AWD give you superb control. Keyless entry and push to start engine means you can quickly get in and go! Has the new shark fin antenna that flows with the vehicle. Automatic on/off headlamps and awesome fog lamps that individually turn on when making a turn to increase your visibility of the immediate low ground road which allows you to dodge every pothole.

I was an online buyer who had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. This car was less common (6M) with specific trim and color. I gave multiple intermountain west online departments an even start. Low probability anybody had it, so I was basically asking online Mazda reps within 300 miles of me to research broader regional inventories (basically the entire west-of-the-Mississippi Mazda network) to find the right car for a transfer from another dealer. That research job alone was more than most reps wanted; they balked and just wanted me to come to their lot to look at their existing inventory of automatics. Only two of those contacted actually looked at regional transfer possibilities. Dianne Burnham at Bountiful Mazda was one of these and she was the quicker of the two. Dianne was also more forthcoming with full car spec sheets and quoting better starting numbers (note: I never even had to ask for spec sheets, she just sent them!) . So, Dianne Burnham jumped out in front of this search from the beginning. I then realized I didn't want to pay 500ish dollars to transport the car from another dealer and also, frankly, that I didn't want a 6M that had potentially been poorly test driven. Therefore, I raised the bar to requesting a port-of-entry diversion of a true zero-miler (this means finding it in the pipeline and arranging a transfer from the books of the originally destined dealer before it ever physically left the port by truck or rail). This higher hurdle was added with the time deadline still in place. The other potential dealer (who had done some inquiry, but not been as quick as Dianne) fell out of the race at this point. Meanwhile, Dianne Burnham of Bountiful Mazda only started working faster! Detailed data kept coming. Dianne found the precise car newly arrived stateside (Port of Tacoma). She sweet talked the dealer in Illinois (to whom that car was scheduled to go) into releasing it; that was a multi-day persuasion as the dealer in IL felt they had a buyer... But, she got it! (whew!) Then she started pulling strings to expedite it out of port quickly and into her dealership. She was always determined to meet the time deadline to enable me to enjoy some month-specific and holiday-specific incentives. Briefly reviewing Dianne's above-and-beyond effort: 1. Quickly search transfer options and be very forthcoming with data and have good starting numbers. 2. Work even harder as the challenge increased to diversion. 3. Find the perfect car. 4. Negotiate the car release from a reluctant midwest dealer. 5. Expedite it out of port. All to get me exactly what I wanted, exactly when I wanted. "Zoom zoom" is apparently more than just Mazda's motto, it is obviously also Dianne Burnham's work motto as well. I can not recall another purchasing experience in the last couple decades (for appliances, electronics, whatever) in which I have encountered anyone who went to work for me the way Dianne did. My message is simple: if you've done your research and you are ready to find a very specific Mazda, then call Dianne Burnham of Bountiful Mazda; if you are serious and you need an equally serious Mazda rep who has the skills to manage moves within Mazda's internal network, then call Dianne Burnham at Bountiful Mazda. In this case, most shied away from the challenge. Dianne Burnham, however, powered through with a work ethic that is nearly unheard-of in modern times. Basically, Dianne Burnham is a freaking rockstar.

Eric Duran met me at the door and very kindly asked if he could help. I told him I wanted to test drive an Outback. I even got to pick the specific one. We drove it, I loved it, we discussed the car and all the options it had (it was a Limited, and literally had everything I wanted), and the MSRP price. He told me my price would actually $3.5K less than MSRP. That was in my price range. He didn???t go talk to a manager and flash a bunch of numbers in front of me, then go back and talk to the manager again, to see what kind of deal they could give me. He simply spoke to me. Gave me the price. Told me he could give me a $500 discount if I belonged to Costco. He wrote up the paperwork, and the finance dept checked my credit at the same time. By the time I spoke with Nate in financing, everything was good to go. We met for about 20 minutes. I added on a clear coat bra option, and signed the paperwork. it was the smoothest, most relaxing experience I???ve ever had. It was the antithesis of the 2 other dealerships I visited the night before. Didn???t realize it could be so anxiety-free. They are wonderful people, and I would refer anyone I know to go there for their next car buying experience.

3 years ago I realized I needed to bite the bullet and purchase a new car. In the past I have always been able to find a car for sale by owner, pay cash for it and be done with it. I was no longer in a position to do this and was wringing my hands about not only dealing with a car dealership but also about having a car payment. I was interested in a Subaru as that was my first car I had ever owned and loved. I had been doing some work with one of Subaru's marketing team at the time and he heard about my dilemma. That's when he he promised me that if I went to Subaru - it would not be as traumatic as I imagined. Guess what? He was right. I worked with Dave and opted to lease a vehicle. He never once made me feel pressured. Only that he was there to help me find what was best for ME not what he could finagle out of me for himself or the dealership. Recently after my lease was up I returned to decide what I should do next. At this point, because of the excellent experience I had with Dave in 2013 and the wonderful care and service I received from that time on I was positive I wanted another Subaru and that Dave would help me find the best fit for me. Long story short . . . he did! Dave and staff were 100% helpful, no pressure and truly enjoyable to work with. Thanks for the clam chowder recipe Dave! :) My opinions of dealerships have changed. Subaru for life!

This was the 4th wrx we have purchased with Nate Wade since 2008. They have always taken very good care of us and when it come the time to buy the 5th one we will be back. But this time was a little different as we had just purchased a 2016 in march of that year, and a weekend prior to thanksgiving we were hit by someone who ran the red light. My car was totaled, but we were both able to wake away from the accident. I let my sells man (Robert Paterson) know what had happened and he was able to get me back in to a 2017 in 2 days. He even was able to get the windows tinted and the clear bra on before we came to pick up the car. If anyone is looking for great service Nate Wade is definitely the dealership to go to. When it came to the financing Nick helped us ... as usual and he is just amazing to work with as well. When it come to maintenance I love dealing with Mitch is service, he is as well amazing

Unless you like to stay up at night reading your Subaru Legacy manual, you may never get the hang of this car. We lease it. Really hard to figure out the settings for window operations, radio, air conditioner (but NO heater), headlight setting, door functions (which doors you gotta open first in order to open other doors), how to get the darn trunk open. So many things. Overr-designed. Too much dashboard disboard distraction. Plus, you can never leave the radio on and open the door (buzzers go off). One must leave the engine on if you want to listen to the radio, open or close a window. I've always had Sirius in previous cars and had no difficulties. Legacy radio display is horrifically complex. Hard to set favorites. Worst of all, you cannot readily know when you are out of gas. My old Volvo used to give me a digital readout on how many miles were left before I'd run out of gas. Really helped me gauge when to stop and refuel. In the Legacy, you can read the meter and think you're okay and then suddenly you see the Orange alert. I tend tonot kno get nervous not knowing approximately how many miles I can drive before I run out completely. In short, the Subaru drives very well, looks pretty good, but is not designed to be user friendly. If you don't like reading manuals in order to listen to a car radio, you'll be irritated often. And the temptation to try to figure these things out WHILE YOU ARE DRIVING is a danger that absolutely must be avoided. I'd love to have a talk with the dashboard designer!

This is the second car we have purchased from Nate Wade. First car was purchased in 2015. My 2019 Crosstrek was picked up yesterday. Honestly, both times we went car shopping, we made multiple visits to the dealer (up North) that was a shorter drive from our house. Each time we left that dealer with a "We'll keep looking" mentality. Nate Wade our second choice, had us walking out of the dealer with paper IN HAND for a new car on the FIRST visit. Chuck Sparks (sales consultant) made sure that we had all the bells, whistles and color we wanted and then some. Nick Poulos(Business Manager) gave us an awesome deal on financing. Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.

I love the look, performance, features, comfort and reliability. I have owned VW's, Ford Pinto, Audi Fox, Honda Accord, Toyota Tercel, Chevy Malibu, Chevy Impala and a 1942 Pontiac that was a gift from an old neighbor who went into a Nursing Home in 1964. I had the most fun in the '42 but my Legacy is by far the nicest car I have ever owned.

Headline says it all. The EyeSight system isn't superior to anything else I've seen. The infotainment system is the worst I've ever seen or used in a car - constantly freezes or glitches. The AWD is amazing.

Amazing sedan for the snow! Drives well. Great features. Really the only thing that’s missing for me is the automatic lock once the car is in drive and moving. You have to remember to lock the doors. Otherwise, I love it!
