I purchased a used vehicle with an as-is condition status. The service engine light came on three days after purchase. I contacted the dealership and they made a good will one-time exception and fixed the problem. First class!

I would buy another, they hold their value and drive well on ice and snow. lighter weight than some other choices, they maintain their resale value and dont have little gadgets to break

This car was the best vehicle we could find for the money we spent. We were looking for room when traveling, fit and finish of interior and price. The Outback was the #1 choice compared to other all-wheel drive wagons, SUV's and vans. I highly recommend this brand and car.
We just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Stevinson East. We were extremely happy with our salesman Ernie Khalil. He came in on his day off to do our sale. We had a limited time to do the deal and Ernie made it happen! He had our trade appraised and deal locked down and into finance within 30 minutes. Finance was so simple as well. We were back on the road with a great deal in the exact truck we wanted.

Best car for both the mountains and cities. Beast in the mountains and super comfy In the city. You couldn't ask for a better car for the great state of Colorado.
RJ Seidel was absolutely wonderful to work with buying our new Subaru Crosstrek. He has followed up several times to make sure that everything has gone smoothly. Great buying experience!!
PS--This is the only dealer we shopped at because we bought a Forrester in 2016 and had a wonderful experience then, too.

Loved how much trunk space it gave me! The leather is so much easier to clean than cloth!! The all weather mats made all the difference in the snow.
Rich was very helpful in recommending and explaining suggested work, very professional and prompt with phone calls. Repair done well.

I have been a Honda owner for as long as I can remember and have had a minivan all my driving life. As I have aged, I have scaled down, however, as I play musical instruments, I still need plenty of room. I have found this car so far to be very efficient, yet better gas mileage and a smaller car. This only thing I would complain about is when the sun hits it, you can't see the center display too well, but otherwise, very happy so far.
The last two times I have been in for service the customer service reps act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. They sit behind their desk and don’t come out into the garage to greet you when you drive up. When I walked in to where they are seated they all just sit there and act like you are interrupting them. My lease is up in a few months and their customer service has me thinking about going elsewhere for a new car

Holds value well, never a problem, well designed, logical layout of controls, can't think of any negatives. The 6 has plenty of power, have had a few of them

I own 3 Subaru cars and I love them. I was a Ford tech for 30 years and bleed Ford blue but I am sold. The first one I bought was for my courier business and have 428000 miles on it and still running strong. I now own 3.
Stephen was very accommodating and helpful when helping my purchase my first vehicle. He took my budget into consideration, showed me all the options and found another option when one fell through. He was extremely responsive through text/email and was able to meet me at the dealership on his day off. He let me sit and think on a few options without pressure to buy. Overall a very good purchase. A few minor glitches, like windows that
lost 'home' position, and tailgate opener motor that needed replacing.
Major fix was new transmission (no cost to me) at 80K. Love the ride and
handling, especially in snow. Can't beat the full time 4 wheel drive.
Jeff and his team are the besr to work with! Always customer needs and lifestyle in the forefront. They always make sure the vehicle is Perfect. I wouldn???t even consider buying one of my most important and expensive possessions from anybody else. I trust him implicitly.
Kyle Vavra is an excellent Service Consultant! He communicated the conditions of my car, and clearly spoke of, and even showed me the parts needed, as well as discussed labor required to make repairs. He prioritized the repairs so I could work within my budget to get them done.
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
