We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. From my first call speaking with Trey, where I got additional videos of the car within minutes of our call, and my back and forth about the details of the car and sale with Talon, to closing up the paperwork with Tonya, everyone was vested in my needs, down to earth nice... and honest. I live 400 miles away. When you’re considering purchasing a used vehicle that far away, those are pretty important qualities. You’re worried about condition and history, and with Talon things felt completely transparent and timely with communication. And each time when I’d move on to the next person it was clear they had all the details about my situation. My father and I made the road trip down to purchase the vehicle and drive it back. Talon helped us get as much ready as possible before the trip. We wanted to be as efficient as possible since it was going to be a long day of driving. We looked over the car, took it for a test drive and then met with Tonya to finalize the paperwork. She was so efficient that I was the one slowing the process down by just being social. 2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.
