Very exceptional customer service! Francesca was my sales person and she was super professional and friendly. Never felt pressured by them and even when we ran into some difficulty with the purchase process they were super patient and worked through it with me! Highly recommend them over at Lovering Volvo!

I love this car. Could use a little more leg room… and some of the door trim could match better, but overall, the car is absolutely amazing!

I was in today for tires, oil change, reflash transmission. Always a pleasure to visit Ira Subaru. The service writer Ryan McCartney took care of all issues and is always a pleasure to deal with. Service Adviser Chelsea Newell took care of ordering tires ahead of time so all work completed today. The shop performed all work expertly with all work completed in a timely manor. The service tech looked over the whole car and advised me of service work in the next year or so to keep an eye on. Thank you again for all your help and expert advise. RW

Granite Subaru stands out in my already excellent experience with Subaru dealerships. Their entire staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This particular location has deep knowledge of my particular vehicle which is the rarer STI WRX variant. They have offered me the opportunity to trust in a dealership 100% and have never let me down which as a Subaru owner has been invaluable in my reliance on the brand. Could not possibly recommend you shop / seek service at this location more.

3rd time dealing with AutoFair Subaru! Brandy was the best! Leased a 2026 Outback and couldn’t be happier 🤩
2025 Subaru Outback review
I have had big trucks and SUV I now have a 2025 Outback wilderness, I had to drive this outback a while to get use to it, it was hard for me to get comfortable in this outback because it sat so low, for 60 years I had a vehicle sat up high and little more room in the front seat area,I got use to it, especially at the gas station with mpg I am getting , I am getting really right around 24 to 25 Mpg I am happy. Now that I have driven this outback for about 2 months I am happy, and in the Outback Wilderness it has the best AWD on the market not 4 wheel drive, never never let anybody tell you it is the same as 4 wheel drive If they do leave the dealership on the spot. I am happy I would buy again as long the price is 40k Or less if the price crosses the 45 k I would have gotten a Toyota 4 runner, not the 2025 models but the 2024 or 2023, remember these models are around 17 mpg with 23 gallon tanks with about 275 to 300 miles per tank

I had a car shipped from Michigan to PA for $250. Which I think is cheap. After buying the car I found one a few days later I liked better. They took the car back no questions asked. No high pressure sales. And their Internet rep Tom was great. Kept me advised every step of the way. Their extended warranty is in house and legit as opposed to third party warranty providers. Was a great buying experience!

Cheryl is an ideal salesperson. When we arrived, she asked if we were looking for a new or used car. We wanted a used car. She asked our price range and she respected that, without pushing us higher. She provided CarFax data for the cars we considered, printing it out so we could take time to read it. We selected two cars. She got them ready for test drives, and did a walk around discussion for each one. After all that, she waited patiently for us to decide what to do. The story had a happy ending - we eventually bought a third choice after a lot of discussion. We definitely recommend working with Cheryl!

Awesome Sales person, listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me into anything Maria Malave is awesome
2025 Subaru Outback review
I have owned Subaru wagons both used and new from 1984 until present. I own a 2012 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5 which I bought new. It has 220,000 miles. Other than routine maintenance and a couple rear wheel bearings, it is doing great! I also own a 2025 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5, I currently have 24,000 miles in it. Only real nuisances are the center tablet and no buttons or dials for hvac. It’s frankly a safety issue to play with a screen just to change hvac settings-dumb. 2026 they got smarter but changed the style for the worse. Additionally, the OEM tires are starting to sing at 24,000 miles. The first 24k the car was whisper quiet. Now I have to blast the radio to drown out the hum. Subaru needs to quit playing with cheap OEM tires. Throw a set of Michelins on there to start… The seats are comfortable-a great improvement over the seat design used from 2015-2019. I got rid of a new 2017 Outback after 95,000 miles because the seating was like sitting on slate. A complaint I have is the overuse of “safety nannies” which are too sensitive and could cause an accident rather than prevent one. Case in point, car can slam on the brakes for you if it thinks you are doing something abnormal that you probably do all the time. I dislike the 8 speed trans. My 6 speed is better on the 2012. 8 speeds are too many. No issues shifting or anything, CVT “shifts” fine. I still get 30 mpg Hwy on the 2012 and 32-34 on the 2025 Hwy. Subarus are wonderful vehicles but they better watch out so they don’t get too much more expensive or start following the crowd too much. Cars in general are too high priced…

MetroWest SubaruReviews
MetroWest Subaru review
I was referred to MetroWest by the Costco Auto Program. I cannot say enough about Jake, he responded to all my questions in a very timely manner. He was very helpful and courteous. Most of all I liked that there was no pressure! I highly recommend Jake and MetroWest!
2025 Subaru Outback review
I'd say I'm brand-loyal to Subaru, given the ratings and history of the company and its emphasis on charitable contributions to animal and environmental causes, as well as my long time enjoyment of my former Subaru. So, when I needed to replace my 2008 Outback, my decision to upgrade to a new Outback was easy. As for the 2025, compared with the 2008, I am happy with the many "automated" features (like eyesight assisted braking and lane correction, adaptive cruise control, auto dimming brights, Auto Vehicle Hold, etc). Overall, I love the car. On the downside: I do not love the larger size. It feels like the seats and armrests were designed for a larger person than my 2008 Subie was (because the average body size of people had increased in recent years??}, and it's not an ideal fit for me. Also, the angled door armrests do not easily allow for actually resting my arm; it feels like I'm slipping off of it. I wish Subaru had not increased the size of the Outback, which now feels more like an SUV than a wagon. Maybe when I take my first car-camping trip, I'll appreciate the roomier interior.
