Recently visited Mitchell Subaru for the first time to look at a used car they had in their inventory. I was immediately greeted by staff with friendliness and warmth. I indicated that I was interested in the used 2019 Buick Cascada and Sales Representative JP came over to assist me. He listened to me and answered all my questions completely. He retrieved the car from the car lot, and we took it for a test drive. The car felt like a good fit for me, so we proceeded to negotiations. JP presented me with what I felt was a fair deal, so I decided to purchase the car. JP had the car ready to pick up the next day and had it looking great. I also received services from Business Manager Justin for the completion of the paperwork, and he was also very professional and made it all very simple. I also would like to thank the front desk staff that was there on the day of my purchase for their friendly conversations with me. I've had the Buick for several days and driven it about a couple of hundred miles now and absolutely love the way it handles, rides and drives. 2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.

2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.
