The car performs great. The only negative is that they don't tell you that the factory-installed navigation is only free for year one; after that, you have to pay $16/ month more per month to continue to use it. Had I known that I would not have purchased the car

2023 Subaru Solterra review
I bought the car at Sabaru of Englewood. First the car didn't came with the originals tires. I asked the seller if the car qualified for the $7000. 00 insentive and I thrust them. The car did not qualify for the gov. incentive because it was built outside the US. The sonterra is a very reliable vehicle. We like it a lot.

My wife and I went in to just look at new Subaru's with no intention on actually buying one at that time. As we were browsing the lot, we were greeted by a very friendly salesperson, Renae Marcum. After a conversation with her, we looked around at various new (and a few used) models of Outback. She put no pressure on us at all to purchase anything, and even stayed with us answering our numerous questions, even after telling her we had no plans to buy right now. We knew at some point we wanted to upgrade our car to something larger for camping and cross-country travels. After taking home a brochure and researching the Subaru web site a bit, we decided that we did want to buy a car now. We had decided on the Outback Wilderness in Geyser blue. We contacted Renae with our decision to order a new vehicle with our desired options. Lucky for us they already had a Geyser blue ordered from Subaru that had not made it to the assembly line yet. They were able to put in a change order to get the exact options we wanted on the vehicle. A few weeks later, it showed up just a week before a scheduled 3,500 mile trip to 5 National parks. The car was delivered with a very thorough walk through of all the features and how to use them. This made our trip 1000 times better then expected. We love the car and have had no issues with it at all. Renae and Byers Subaru were extremely friendly, helpful, no pressure, and had great communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely buy from them again, and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

My 2019 Subaru Forester had some problems on 4/16/26 and every warning light on the dash started blinking! I made it to Byers Subaru on Sawmill, where I was warmly greeted by Trish Wolford, Service Advisor. She listened my story and asked Danny to put the mobile computer on it. Within minutes, they diagnosed some problems, reset the codes, and started the car. Then Danny suggested another thing he wanted to check and found the air intake hose was completely disconnected. Danny fixed it quickly and they didn't even charge me! The staff is friendly, polite, efficient, and this location is spic and span clean! I highly recommend Byers Subaru Dublin just off Sawmill Road. I'm a single female senior citizen and I was treated with respect. Every question was answered to my satisfaction. 2024 Subaru Solterra review
Great car if you don't go on long trips. Half an hour to and from work needs charging once a week with a regular 120 volt outlet. If you drive more, plug it in every night. Or get a 240 volt outlet and charge it twice as fast. In the winter, the range is less because we like the seats and steering wheel nice and warm. The regenerative break mode doesn't take much getting use to and saves wear on the mechanical breaks. We love everything about this car.
