When the manager takes the time to meet you and simply say thank you for stopping by - to me that is important. No pressure at all, just helping me understand the process and finding the best deal possible. My wife and I were considering the Escape to downsize from our minivan, we were presented with a great deal. However, in the end we decided to keep our current car. We will definitely return when the time comes.
A DISAPPOINTING CUV.

THIS CAR HAS DEVELOPED TOO MANY PROBLEMS; TWO ARE RELATED TO THE A/C SYSTEM; OTHERS ARE RELATED TO WHEEL BEARINGS, AND AXLES. THE VEHICLE MAKES "POPPING NOISES" IN THE DASHBOARD. IN ADDITION, THE REAR HATCH DOESN'T GO UP ANYMORE WITHOUT HELP, AND THE EXTERIOR MIRRORS MOVE AROUND INSIDE THEIR FRAMES WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY.
Turner was direct and has been helpful with follow up.

The purchasing process was as painless as could be. All sales personnel we're friendly and helpful. We were happy doing business with the Ford group.

From front to rear inside and out this vehicle is great for a small SUV. Ours has Eye-Sight which is a great safety tool. Add the radar cruise control, navigation and heated seats and this is a hard to beat vehicle for the price.
I filled out an online app in hopes of a newer/used vehicle for myself and family as I have 4 children 2 of witch are teens who drive and as a single father i wanted something i can feel 100% worry free with as I send my daughter's out on their daily errands, school, etc. With 2 divorces and struggles in life I never thought it would be possible to get a new car however I had to try. I got approved online and like most everyone else thought ya sure until I get there I'm approved then they'll want a years salary for a down payment but I went anyway! I got there and meet with Art and after a half hour he had gotten me into not a used car but a brand new 2018 Nissan Altima! Now I can go work my 10 hour days, my children can go to school, run their errands and I don't have to worry about their safety or if their broke down somewhere! Thank you from the bottom of my heart MR. Lucia!
Beautiful and durable vehicle.

This car meets and exceeds all of my needs. I looked an numerous wagon-like models, because my old car was . VW Passat wagon. I looked at the Outback and the Forester, and immediately chose the Forester because of the feeling of space (more head room, bigger windows, and the moon roof).
Bought used 2012 Tacoma was offered fair KBB trade in value. Worked with Dylan Krause, Abigail Heck and Celeste Brasseur, all 3 were very professional and meet my needs to make the buying experience fairly painless.
Still getting to know the new vehicle, but happy!

This car is meeting all of my needs, with only a few minor tweaks needed from initial purchase - and the seller (a dealer) has been fair, friendly, and open to offering good service packages to accompany sale. Glad I found them through Cars.com filtering options.
It was time to trade in my truck and to be honest, the only reason why I ended up at this dealership was because they had the truck I wanted. So I made contact to see if we could make a deal and well they appraised my vehicle at less then I owed. So I thought that I was taking my business else where but then they offered me more then I owed. I was very pleased but worried I couldn’t afford the truck I wanted. Then I started talking with Kyle about financing. I told him what I wanted for a payment and he made it happen. The next hurdle was showing up to trade in my truck two days later when the check engine light came on. I was now dealing with Noel. I thought for sure that the deal was off but Noel reassured me not to worry and that he would do his best to get me in the truck I wanted. After some waiting he came back and we walked in to sign the papers. I was thrilled then Noel asked who my insurance was and if I was interested in taking a look at lowering it, i said sure and he made some calls. After about 20 minutes we found a company that lowered my insurance by $80 a month. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and it’s fantastic staff to everyone. Thanks

Just what I want in a car. It holds the road on ice and snow and is a pleasure to drive year around. My last Subaru, a 2000 purchased new had no major problems until it died an official death at alnost 300,000 miles.
My husband and I had to buy a car and the process was a simple and fun when we walked through the doors. There was no pressure and we both felt comfortable. It was a great experience and would do it all over again!
Won't buy anything other than a Subaru

The Forester is the best made, best snow car I've ever owned. It is quiet, comfortable and, best of all, reliable. It truly is the "Mercedes of Japanese cars". Until the quality drops, I won't own anything else.
I just wanted to write that I had an excellent experience purchasing an SUV from Goss Dodge this week and wanted to personally thank Denny Johnson who assisted me with my Jeep acquisition. Denny was very personable attentive and an active listener as to the type of vehicle, price range, colors and options I was interested in. He came up with several different models and price ranges for me to consider. He respected my time and wasn't trying to deliver a hard sell. As a sales professional myself I really appreciated his low key yet, amiable and helpful manner. He worked around my schedule and got back to me quickly despite be busy himself.
I wanted to recommend Denny Johnson to anyone looking to Purchase or lease cars and trucks both commercially or personally.
Thank you Denny and to the Squad at Goss Dodge to have ensured a very smooth and transparent purchasing experience.

This car is just a load packaged car. Better then my 2013 limited. Feels faster for a 4 cylinder. Feels so luxurious like a Acura. So big and spacy. It just a good car.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Drives like a dream. Can be a daily driver, and a nice calm ride. Also can have fun, and not beat on the car. Just fun, safe, and solid car. It's price point is really aggressive, for the quality of this cars performance. Interior is not "luxury", but the driving experience is amazing.
Bought my first BMW from Mark and what a great experience, love my xdrive and looking forward to future visits when service is needed!!!

We drove the subaru impress sport 2012 off ken Fowlers lot new. Not 3 months later is when problems started we have had struts leak, gaskets blow,6 months in the engine needed to be removed from vehicle due to a massive oil leak. Keep extra oil on hand as oil needs to be added between oil changes, our car just missed cut off for the recall due to this oil problem so you may qualify for free oil changes you should look into that. Our air bag is coming out of the steering wheel which subaru told me they will not fix YOU HAVE TO SERVICE THE AIR BAGS ONCE A YEAR. It's pricy!! My transmission is horrible I lack power randomly, I've had electrical issues somedays i have lights sometimes not sometimes the dash will flash all the warning lights sometimes i have 0 lights in the car at all, it blows out all my driving lights on car so prepare to replace headlights and break lights often. Windows roll down randomly and iv been locked in...YES FOKES IV BEEN LOCKED INSIDE OF MY CAR !!! electical problems DO NOT show when running a diagnosis on the car ken fowler MY DEALER says IF i can't see THE PROBLEM nothing is wrong. SOO You may have to handle electical issues yourself. The car has tire sensors that stop shifting if you run over anything and need a patch on 1 of your new 800.00 set of tires you will need a new set of tires or if you decide to patch the new tire you'll be driving with a screw driver in your emergency shift button. Classy! The car doesn't hold an alignment so your tires wear quick. So if you are buying for the safety and reliability of subaru. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND DOING YOUR RESEARCH.!!!!(with your insurance too) I wouldn't recommend subaru to anybody. I never thought I would have to dump so much money into a new car. your just buying the name not the quality they were once known for.
Mark is the real deal. I've got four cars from him, he sells his cars at a fair price without Hassle and stands behind what he sells. He is a true gentleman and also an excellent auto mechanic for all your repair needs.
Most Reliable Car I Have Owned

I used to own a jeep but needed something that would not require constant maintenance. The Subaru Forester was perfect in everyway: reliable, handles well, plenty of passenger leg room, lots of trunk space. Overall great SUV
Best car buying experience in all my years of owning/ leasing.

This is a great in town and off road vehicle. It seats 4 comfortably and 5 in a pinch. The visibility and ease of entry and exit are great. Highly reliable and low maintenance costs. I wish it were a little larger but I shouldn't complain as I bought it partly because its gas mileage is good - ~30mpg.
I have always purchased used cars in the past, but decided it was finally time to buy new! I'm so glad I chose to go to Della Subaru. Shae was the saleswoman I dealt with and she did an excellent job at explaining all the functions of the car and made the overall buying process very pleasant and easy. Thank you Della Subaru for the wonderful experience! I love my new car!!

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.

I have had 2 heater Fans in this car. Getting ready for third one now. To make things worse the Dealer cannot seem to fix it. According to the Manual this is not a safety defect. I completely disagree. Cannot defrost windshield or drive in cold weather with defective fan. Also
wheel Covers do not protect brakes from excessive corrosion or wear. Causes premature brake rework due to excessive exposure to road salt used in New England. . DO NOT BUY THIS CAR (2014 OUTBACK.)
I owned a 2016 Subaru Forrester that went to "Subi Heaven" unexpectedly so I needed to buy a new car. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to go through Kara Kipp at DELLA Subaru. She did not pressure me. She was patient as I considered all my options and was so knowledgeable about all the many features of the new Ascent. Not only that, the finance team was also very easy to work with and very professional. After loosing my other car so unexpectedly, I really needed someone who would work with me and in a way that was not pushy. I could not have asked for a better experience. They are so kind and patient. They treat you like family.

The car is great for travel. The AWD is a great feature to have in the northeast. It got me through many bad snowstorms. Handles excellently and has great MPG
Just took delivery of a new Honda CRV. Wayne LaPier in sales and Steve
in Finance went above and beyond what I consider typical benchmark
customer service in this day and age. Professional, Courteous and Attentive to what we wanted in a vehicle made for a very pleasant purchasing experience. So if you are in the market for a quality new vehicle (or used) give this dealership and its people the chance to earn your business, YOU will be very happy that you did.

This car met our family needs. Gas mileage is very good for commuting and very supportive for passenger comfort. Wide doors for easy entry for physically impaired passengers, and loads of leg room. Although better than most, the thickness of the descending support for the right arm rest puts uncomfortable pressure on lateral knee bone. Must adjust seat to partially avoid.
Matt was very instrumental in my overall experience. He's a highly personable man with extensive knowledge about the products he's selling. He made the whole process easy and it was a pleasure to work with him. I'll be back.

This car is nuts. I bought it about a month ago and it's an absolute thrill to drive. It's super fast and can get up and go whenever you need it to. The interior is clean, the exterior is mean. I love this car. The only problem I have with it is the stereo. It always looks for an HD version of the station you're listening to but if it's not a strong signal, it will go back and forth from HD and non-HD, resulting in a fluctuation in volume that's pretty annoying. I just listen to music on my phone instead.
