I filled out an online app in hopes of a newer/used vehicle for myself and family as I have 4 children 2 of witch are teens who drive and as a single father i wanted something i can feel 100% worry free with as I send my daughter's out on their daily errands, school, etc. With 2 divorces and struggles in life I never thought it would be possible to get a new car however I had to try. I got approved online and like most everyone else thought ya sure until I get there I'm approved then they'll want a years salary for a down payment but I went anyway! I got there and meet with Art and after a half hour he had gotten me into not a used car but a brand new 2018 Nissan Altima! Now I can go work my 10 hour days, my children can go to school, run their errands and I don't have to worry about their safety or if their broke down somewhere! My husband and I had to buy a car and the process was a simple and fun when we walked through the doors. There was no pressure and we both felt comfortable. It was a great experience and would do it all over again!
It was time to trade in my truck and to be honest, the only reason why I ended up at this dealership was because they had the truck I wanted. So I made contact to see if we could make a deal and well they appraised my vehicle at less then I owed. So I thought that I was taking my business else where but then they offered me more then I owed. I was very pleased but worried I couldn’t afford the truck I wanted. Then I started talking with Kyle about financing. I told him what I wanted for a payment and he made it happen. The next hurdle was showing up to trade in my truck two days later when the check engine light came on. I was now dealing with Noel. I thought for sure that the deal was off but Noel reassured me not to worry and that he would do his best to get me in the truck I wanted. After some waiting he came back and we walked in to sign the papers. I was thrilled then Noel asked who my insurance was and if I was interested in taking a look at lowering it, i said sure and he made some calls. After about 20 minutes we found a company that lowered my insurance by $80 a month. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and it’s fantastic staff to everyone. Thanks
I just wanted to write that I had an excellent experience purchasing an SUV from Goss Dodge this week and wanted to personally thank Denny Johnson who assisted me with my Jeep acquisition. Denny was very personable attentive and an active listener as to the type of vehicle, price range, colors and options I was interested in. He came up with several different models and price ranges for me to consider. He respected my time and wasn't trying to deliver a hard sell. When the manager takes the time to meet you and simply say thank you for stopping by - to me that is important. No pressure at all, just helping me understand the process and finding the best deal possible. My wife and I were considering the Escape to downsize from our minivan, we were presented with a great deal. However, in the end we decided to keep our current car. We will definitely return when the time comes.
Our experience was relatively stress-free thanks to Matthew Shanks/Master Certified Sales Laureate, who my husband and I dealt with from start to finish. He went out of his way to get us an amazing APR with the banks that the Automaster already has relationships with; he spent the time coordinating and facilitating our sale; and he gave us exactly what we were hoping for with our trade-in. He also referred us to another insurance company, where we were able to cut our insurance fees in half and ended up switching and bundling our home and car insurance -- two great rates. We did not feel rushed or pushed into anything, as we have felt with most, if not all, of the cars we purchased through other local dealers -- there was no haggling or wasting our time "pretending" we were getting a deal. Matt respected and understood our budget, and helped us to keep it where it needed to be so that we could purchase a vehicle we never thought we could afford. Moving forward as our other older car continues to get older -- the first place we will now turn to is the Automaster for all of the reasons I mentioned above. Satisfied and very pleased. The other local car dealerships cannot compete with the excellent service we received from the Automaster.
This is the way to buy a car. Josh was prompt and regular with e-mail communication. Process was completely transparent with before and after photos freely shown. When we came for test drive, the key was given freely without any sales pressure. We knew we wanted to buy, and the whole process of closing the deal took 45 minutes.

Ninety-five percent of the cars on the lot are rebuilt, with prices that reflect that. The quality of the mechanical work is excellent. Our salesman, Brad, was helpful and knowledgeable. They submit your credit app to multiple lenders, so that there is competition. Ended up with the car we wanted at a good price and a very competitive rate. Only false note was offering an after-market warranty that has a poor online reputation. Made things as easy as they could be. Willing to show us cars that hadn't been rebuilt yet, in case we were interested and willing to wait, rather than pushing us to take something off the lot immediately. Car came with a decent set of tires, too.
Prompt responses when I emailed about a specific car. Test drove a few in addition to the one I wanted. Brian was very patient and helpful. Was disappointed that the one I originally chose didn't have an expection sticker, since they knew I was prepared to buy and pre-approved, but that is my only negative comment about this dealer. They fixed a cosmetic flaw we saw, and were very upfront about their cars having rebuilt titles. Offered to show "before" repair pictures of the vehicle. After I brought the car home I did notice a few other small cosmetic as well as sunroof issues, but didn't bother pursuing repair. Anyway, overall positive experience, I love the vehicle.
I have always purchased used cars in the past, but decided it was finally time to buy new! I'm so glad I chose to go to Della Subaru. Shae was the saleswoman I dealt with and she did an excellent job at explaining all the functions of the car and made the overall buying process very pleasant and easy.
