2011 Subaru Impreza review
I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.

2018 Subaru Impreza review
Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

2020 Subaru Impreza review
Love the handling. The seats are stiff, heater air conditioning controls are hard to read at night. I leased the Imprezza hatchback and love that I can put the weekly groceries in the back and unload easily. Gas mileage is good for an all wheel drive vehicle. Next time I will lease the Crosstek as the Imprezza is to low to the ground.

2025 Subaru Impreza review
I bought a 2025 Impreza Base model. This is my first Subaru, and I have to say, for a base trim package, it is A LOT of car! The dual touch screens take some getting used to, but they're easy to learn and navigate. The eyesight system is a pretty cool safety feature and helps keep me focused if I get distracted. The AWD is really smooth when accelerating, and the CVT feels similar to an automatic. I wasn't expecting to like a CVT but I feel like Subaru is doing them right. We'll see where this thing is at in a few years, but so far it feel pretty nice. This thing has plenty of juice when getting up to speed. The steering controlled headlights are a cool feature I didn't know I needed. Overall, this is a very nice vehicle at a great price. It's a perfect daily driver and then some.

2020 Subaru Impreza review
First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

2016 Subaru Impreza review
I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.
2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.
