How many people can say they actually felt comfortable the minute they walked into a dealership? Me!!! I called and spoke with Katlyn who was covering internet sales explained my situation .. The minute I waked in to Honda I was treated warmly , Heylin Liriano my sales rep was waiting with a car for me to test drive!! Heylin is very knowledgeable, graceful and very humbled.. Not like those pushy salespeople who won???t let you breath. She provided everything I ask for without question or excuse.. The very next day Nick the manager assisted my credit union with everything they needed until Heylin came in! When a I got there my car was waiting for me at a very decent price!! What an amazing group of people!!! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!! I was so anxious but you guys made me feel like family. It was a great experience working with Gateway. I had gone to several dealers and felt like the dealers were forcing a sale and then harassing me via telephone. Andrew answered all of my questions and then stepped back to let me decide and had me call him when I was ready. The purchase was seamless and Jay was laid back and professional.
From the moment I walked in the door at Lester Glenn I felt at ease. NO high pressure. I knew what I wanted and Frank understood that. Frank A. was my salesman and had absolutely the best car buying experience. I had a million questions and they were answered without judgement (not always the case when a woman is buying a car alone) even though a couple of my questions might have been considered silly. We went out to the lot to look at what was in stock but the Lime Twist I had my heart set on was not available. He took the time to go through the computer to see when one in that color was going to be in. I was pretty lucky in that respect too! I picked up my new car today and even though it was raining it didn't dampen my experience in the least. I would like to thank both Dennis McWeeney and Tara Mullins for making my transition from a 2016 Crosstrek to a 2019 Crosstrek both seamless and pleasant. Having worked with Dennis before, I knew what to expect and he came through for me. With her knowledge of the vehicles, Tara easily took me through the changes in the cars and she did it in a fun way.
