I'm from California and Asay had the Range Rover I had been searching for. I was heading back home the next day and everyone bent over backwards to get me home ASAP with my new car. They came down on a Sunday so I could test drive it and get all the paperwork done. I test drove and bought the car and was in and out all in 50 mins. That is the experience everyone should have when buying a car.
I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.
This is the best car buying experience ever. I have bought many, many cars over the years and each time, I came away feeling like I got taken advantage of. I feel that Doug Smith Auto does have the best prices around. And from experience when we have used their repair shop, they are honest.
I had an awesome experienced purchasing my car at AutoSource this past weekend. Nisho went above and beyond to get me the best deal and car I was looking for. He was very professional and patient with my wife and me. He was very thorough while giving me the history of the car. He even offered me to take care of some cosmetic repairs on the car! The cool thing about the whole experience was I never felt pressured into buying anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. Thank you Nisho and all of the staff that was involved in making my car buying experience a success!!!
I was given full information on the car I was buying. Was treated with trust, they let me test drive the car I was looking for immediately. They helped me find the best financing for my situation, and helped me understand why I needed the warranty. Went in at 9:30am had a new car by 11:30am. Can’t complain for a fully loaded 2017 with 277 miles. I’m stoked!!!
I can???t believe how nicely I was treated. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help me while I purchased my new 2019 Suburu Outback. Todd was the salesperson and I would recommend seeing him. Thank you!

Except for Matt, while staff called him a Guru of accessories, he didn't seem to know much if anything, no personality and appeared very bored with his position. Maybe needs a new job, at the unemployment office holding down the floor
I was hesitant to come back to this location because my last experience was not very good. Recently I found out that I could only get the wipers from the dealership so I had to go back. I went to the parts department and they had exactly what I needed and they told me that the service department could install them. The service people were awesome!! They washed my car, were polite, and got the job done fast.
From the moment I pulled into the service center I was courteously welcomed. The representative reviewed with me the purpose of the service requested and also arranged for an oil change and tire rotation. I went to the customer waiting area and ordered a cinnamon roll. The work on my car took less than an hour and a complementary car wash had been provided. This is my first Subaru and first experience with the service at Mark Miller Subaru and I am totally impressed.
Service guys were friendly and easy to talk to about service work and loaner car. However I found Roger not to be to friendly or customer oriented. Maybe he was having a bad day. I don't want to get him in trouble but he may need to smile a little and not be so hard on customer issues or differences.
We were looking to buy a new car when we arrived at Mark Miller. The salesman was great in guiding us through what we were looking for without pushing us. He helped us select the perfect car and we love it!

Axel is honest, genuine and fun to work with. Yes, the finance guy is fun! He went above and beyond to work with me and my situation. The overall experience at Larry H Miller Chevrolet was phenominal. The sale and financial tansactions was extremely efficient and had ua out the door in less than two houra.
