Came down to Santa Fe to look at a vehicle we had seen online. When we arrived everyone was nice and greeted us as soon as we drove up. The sales staff was very pleasant to deal with. They made sure we recieved the best deal for the vehicle we wanted. Overall it was a great buying experience.
The reason for the 4 star on Customer service is when I arrived at 0700 to be sure to get in at 0730 [your request], is when the service person (no Name tag). told me that they couldn't get the service until the people came in later.
The gent was tall and had a beard and an accent.
Please, when you say the time be that time. Also when you ask how long it would take, (to determine if you wanted a ride home to wait), I was told the service that I needed would be about 40 minutes - - -was not.
Chris continuously went above and beyond to satisfy what I wanted in a car buying experience including driving the car from Santa Fe to Albuquerque, delivering it to my front door, walked me through setting up my phone AND thru the car features.
I told Chris I needed a car, somewhat serious but not committed. He showed me an option I actually really liked, asked me what kind of payment I was looking for, and made it happen for me! Very professional and easy to work with. Good personality that keeps it real and made it feel like he was there for me, not the other way around. Keep up the good work, awesome employee!
Took my 2018 Equinox in for its 5000 mile check. Mariel was kind, professional and put me at ease on check in. She told me when she thought it would be finished and she’d call me when it was. I got the call 10 minutes sooner than expected. Wow! When I went to pick it up, I met the service manager. Super nice guy. Made sure I was pleased with the service and asked if there was anything else they could do. Mariel got the paper work lined up and got me on my way. A great service department. I hope they are appreciated by management.
Mike was very friendly and helped me get my preferences fixed so I didn't get so many appointment reminders. Also, having the nice, quiet area where I could sit and read is so appreciated. No TV, just quiet. Yes! Makes me look forward to my visits as just "me time". Sounds funny, but my life is very hectic!!!

The way I was treated, Kevin Norris took such good care of me,
and made excellent suggestions when we were discussing what I was looking for in a car, I had gone in to look for a used car, but he explained for the same cost I could purchase a new 2016.
