I had been searching on-line for months for a Macan S and finally found this one at Porsche of No Olmsted. I shot a quick email inquiry and within minutes heard back from Ken Daugherty. A few quick emails and 2 phone calls later, I had made this purchase. I had never bought a vehicle from an out of state dealer. Ken made this just seamless and flawless. Their price was better than any comparable car I had found with any local dealer. They arranged for a "door to door" covered truck delivery. After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

It was my first time leasing a brand new car and I was extremely overwhelmed and fearful of the process. Kylie and the finance department made everything extremely easy and quick.

Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

First things first, no be told me that electric vehicles stink when they charge. Be prepared for your garage to stink if you charge in your garage. Comfort. It’s a pretty spacious car and has comfortable seats. It rides decently smooth but can feel a bit stiff. You’re definitely feel how heavy this car is but it has plants of power to push it. The rolling stops are never smooth, it’s always pretty abrupt. The auto brake while parking or reversing can be very jolting. Interior. It’s a VERY nice interior with a massive sunroof. You get a lot of features standard like heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and wireless apple car play. The cup holders are big enough for my Nalgene water bottle! The materials used feel very GM and smudge very easily, some materials look and feel very cheap. There also isn’t a ton of storage. Performance. This thing is fun! I burn through the charge quickly and I don’t even care. The normal outlet charger is extremely slow. You can expect between 4-6 percent charge per night. Value. The only reason we got this car is because it was $20k off. If it were not for that it wouldn’t be on our radar. At that standard price it’s way over priced. Exterior. It’s a beautiful exterior but the paint job is SUB PAR. I can understand the swirls in the paint as most car manufacturers paint quality is like that and can be fixed with a detail but this thing has a lot of paint chips that look like they were filled with a grease pen. Very prevalent on corners of doors. Reliability. I haven’t had this thing long enough to talk about reliability.

Tom Yerace runs an excellent dealership. Bubba Andrade was our salesperson and he was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions and took us on several test drives. Ken Stafford helped as well when needed. It's just a great dealership. We will be back to Ken Ganley Ford Parma and will definitely highly recommend it to others.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

This was the best experience at a dealership I’ve ever had. Jacob Solanics (my salesman) and Paul Scherzer (the Manager) where very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Plus the rest of the sales team was very friendly. I had a strict budget, and these gentlemen did a phenomenal job with sticking to my budget. I would and have recommended Spitzer Chevy in Amherst to my friend and family. I’ll definitely be going back there for my next vehicle purchase!

Very honest and amazing staff I have ever dealt with. The extra dollars you spend there are well worth it. They don’t oversell you. They give you their explanation of issues and you make the decisions about what you want done. They also use OEM parts,which is not the case at other facilities. I won’t take our vehicle anywhere but their dealership. I deal with Jeffery in service, very knowledgeable and honest. Can’t rate them hi enough.

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

The 5000 mile service for my new Lexus was well done. I'm pleased with the level of information provided to me and found each member of the team to be competent, courteous and well trained.

The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

Very accommodating from the first contact to the final sale! Terry was quick to return all inquiry calls, was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, helpful in navigating toward the final decision and patient in setting up the Toyota app from my phone (which was not cooperative). Ryan was very friendly, personable, organized, patient with my physical limitations, thorough, willing to explain, etc. (Hope you’re reading this Mrs. Schneider. :-)) Overall a very positive experience and a dealership which I cannot recommend more highly!

After an accident that totaled my Honda Civic, I came to Honda of Middleburg Hts in a search for a new car. I was warmly welcomed by all at this dealership. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Joe. He made the entire experience easy and quick and was informative, patient (I’m a senior that was overwhelmed by the newer technology!) and was very kind and knowledgeable. The entire process was finished much quicker than I had anticipated. Joe even took me to return my car rental! I highly recommend using this dealership when thinking about buying a car. I am now enjoying my new Honda Civic!

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Steve, Steevy is a great guy. Even though he was in a fender bender this morning and hurt is back he still came in to work to take care of my husband and I. We bought a Camero that we had been checking out for some time and he made the process very easy. As a result, we were willing to go the extra mile for him as well. Love pretty much everything about this car. Just mad over the improvements Porsche has made over the years with the Cayenne Hybrid, Remote enter & start, better gas mileage & Horse Power. Just paid it off didn't want to start over!

I have a 2019 GLE 43 AMG version. At roughly 45,000 miles, the car started making an intermittent rubbing sound when shifting through 1-3 gears under a slight load. Took it to the dealership. They hear the noise but cannot locate it. Power train Engineering is involved but simply said they knew of no issues. The problem has not been resolved. Has anyone else had a similar issue??

I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

I have only driven Mercedes Benz cars and suv's for the last 12 years as a travel nurse I was paying so much for rental cars when I worked out of state and decided to buy a car. I found a Juke which I figured was cute but won't be comfortable or reliable just anA to B car..... WRONG! I fell in love with this little car it's amazing, comfortable, cute reliable and I bought a used 8-year-old juke with 164,000 miles and it starts and runs like a champ and has options to change drive modes like my Mercedes!!! LOVE IT!!!

Bought it almost new (2600miles) in 2013. Longest car I ever kept. It’s fun to drive, comfortable, solid, nibble in and out of traffic, good in snow and rain. Excellent on hills because of the turbo engine and regularly beat the high end BMW, Audi MB and Lexus. costs a little more cause it needs premium gas. One tune up every year and every time the mechanic told me transmission, brake, muffler, tailpipe, timing belt all good. So far one major repair of gaskets because of water leak at $2000 and regular tires battery . Will keep until we are forced to go EV

Purchased my first Audi A3 here a month ago, and so far, I've had no issues at all. The service was excellent, and Jen helped me out with financing through my own credit union, so I didn't need to go through a financing application with other companies. They provided me with an AutoCheck before the purchase and told me everything they knew about the car. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

My experience at Hyundai was amazing! Omar Vega was super helpful and did what he said he was going to do and got me a car! The staff was nice and overall it was a great experience!

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Very comfortable and great handling car. The car is a great size for our needs and is very economical to drive. I also like the tax credit.
