My wife and I recently purchased a Hyundai Ioniq 5, and I wanted to recognize Ryan and Sales Manager Sam for making the entire experience outstanding. Before purchasing, we had been researching EVs for quite some time. The Ioniq 5 was at the top of our list, but we weren’t ready to buy because we were in the middle of purchasing a home. Even though the dealership was a considerable drive from Point Loma to Poway, we chose to visit because of the dealership’s reputation and positive reviews. When we first met Ryan, we were upfront that we were interested in the vehicle but couldn’t make a purchase until after our home closed. Ryan completely understood our situation and never pressured us. Instead, he stayed in touch, followed up professionally, answered our questions, and even sent us a very reasonable offer while we were still deciding. Once we were finally ready to move forward, Ryan had everything prepared for us. We were able to test drive the vehicle again, review the details, and move through the process smoothly and efficiently. His patience, honesty, and customer-focused approach are exactly what every car buyer hopes to find. I also want to thank Sam, the sales manager, who was extremely helpful during the final purchase process. He worked hard to make sure we received every incentive and discount available and took the time to explain the numbers clearly. At no point did we feel pressured—only supported. Buying a home and a vehicle at nearly the same time can be stressful, but Ryan and Sam made the car-buying process easy, transparent, and enjoyable. The Ioniq 5 is an amazing vehicle, and the experience we had with this team made it even better. If you’re considering a Hyundai, I highly recommend asking for Ryan and working with Sam. 2024 Hyundai TUCSON Hybrid review
This Tucson is wonderful. After shopping for about a year my wife and I decided on this vehicle. The size, comfort and technology are above standards. Driving and gas mileage on this Hybrid is good and we hope increasing in new builds. Thank you very much for letting us share.

2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. 2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
2024 RAV4 Hybrid XSE model is a great choice - interior road noise & front seats that do not glide back enough are my ‘wish I would have paid attention to’ regrets. If passengers are over 6’2” with long legs, they do not fit in the front seat comfortably & many times I feel like an Uber driver with them choosing the back seat when going distances. Hybrids make a lot of noise when backing up which can turn heads - this is normal so don’t be alarmed. Gas mileage is terrific & its sporty exterior is over the top. I do love it & recommend it if not concerned about the cons I have mentioned.

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

2024 Hyundai TUCSON Plug-In Hybrid review
I love so many things about this car. I have owned may cars in my 45+ years as a driver and this is my favorite. I love the plug-in feature as my typical drive is stoplight to stoplight. I can go for months without putting gas in the rank, and plugging in to my home power to charge the car has not affected my power bill at all. My folks were in a bad wreck this summer in their 2024 Tucson plug-in, and they walked away with fairly minor injuries despite being plowed into by a large produce truck traveling in excess of 55 mph while Mom and Dad were at a standstill on the highway. That just reinforced my love for this car.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I recently purchased my 2019 Audi RS5 from this dealership, The salesman who helped me was an Ethos super-friendly and helpful guy, who was the ONLY guy who came up to me and talked to me about the car. The buying experience was a little bumpy with not getting the price that we wanted for our traded-in 2018 Audi Q5 we had to work out a fair offer for it, on the finance side of things we got helped out pretty well but we wished that they had printed all the paperwork out for us instead od just sending us an email of 53 pages of finance work. The car drives great its a beast but the first week we had it the check engine light went on due to the gas cap sensor, and i also got unlucky with a screw in my back tire which cost me $500+ but that wasnt the dealers fault overall this dealership is good service but just wished we could have gotten more for our trade in as well as my car having no issues with it.
2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

2019 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

2020 Toyota RAV4 review
I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.
