2023 Toyota RAV4 review
Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

2012 Honda CR-V review
It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

2023 Porsche Macan review
Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV review

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

2025 Lexus NX 250 review
downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

2016 Lexus NX 200t review
I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

2020 Toyota C-HR review
This is a very comfortable vehicle. The biggest problem I have had after my first year is my brakes. Every time i have taken it for maintenance they tell me there’s nothing they can do. Every time i back up they squeek very loud. Embarrassing! I bought it from Jim Hendrick Toyota brand new.

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. 2020 Ford Escape review
I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Recently, my wife's X5 lease ended, and we reached out to Kevin Commissiong, and he was able to find a 2026 X5 in Texas that was the correct color (inside and out) and it had every option that we wanted, and he was able to secure the vehicle for us. Kevin did a super job, very friendly and professional throughout the process. We love this dealership and have been doing business for almost 30 years! 2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

2023 Subaru Forester review
Overall, at 60k miles, I’ve had no problems and am very happy. I average around 34 mpg’s with mixed driving. I’m happy with the acceleration as well, even though Subaru’s without a turbo are sometimes labeled as slow. I have no problem merging onto highways. The Forester is an easy to live with SUV/car. The rear room is adequate, although the CRV offers about 10 cubic feet more rear capacity. Visibility is excellent. The CVT is smooth and has simulated shifts, just make sure you change the fluid every 30k! I own the Limited with leather seats that are very comfortable. Sometimes the response time on the radio/touch screen can feel a little delayed. I also opted for the dimming driver/rear view mirrors which is great during winter commuting. It saves your eyes from glare. Very view cars offer this which is why I went with the Subaru. My only “major” complaint with the car is a slight rattle coming from the dash board area. It isn’t always there, but is present enough to bother me. Aside from that it is an excellent vehicle and value for the money!

2019 Hyundai TUCSON review
I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

2018 Nissan Rogue review
Just purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Landmark Automotive, in West Chester Pa. The car is beautiful, runs so smoth and quiet. Its quite peppy barely touch the gas a it really moves. Sound system is amazing, and I love the push start. No problems so far and I really love that its got a two year warrenty. Chris at Landmark was awesome and even came out after a snow storm to help me out. Highly recommend

First let me say I have been instrumental in finding and buying four new vehicles since August 2020, for myself and family members. I have dealt with a LOT of dealerships and salespeople, and honestly car shopping is probably my least favorite thing in the world to do. After getting the run around locally from both Toyota and Honda dealerships, exorbitant fees, addons, price changes at the last minute, or just general bad experiences, a friend told me about Cars.com and I found exactly what I wanted at Proctor, but it was reserved. I reached out anyway, and JR was responsive, and quick to find exactly what I wanted. He emailed me an accurate price quote within just a few minutes of our call. JR kept be apprised of the estimated date of arrival, and let me know quickly when the car arrived. We made an appointment for a pickup time the next day (I live a few hours away), and from walking into the dealership at the appointment time, to being back on the road driving home, it was well under an hour and that was with JR spending a good amount of time going over the features of the multimedia system with me, as well as features of the overall car (was my first SUV, first hybrid, first Honda, etc) JR could not have been more pleasant to deal with, he was responsive when I had questions before and after the sale, and now, when I am AGAIN looking for a new car (four months later), despite deciding not to go with Honda this time, he has been fantastic again. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, this absolutely goes down as my best buying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend both Proctor and JR to anyone for their car buying needs. 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
I’ve had many Subarus in the past, but wanted a hybrid vehicle. So glad I did with these gas prices! I’m getting 41mpg right now. My favorite things are the trunk kick open feature, my hands are always full. I love the heated steering wheel too. I have the flat matte gray color, I receive lots of compliments and color hides dirt well. Handles well on road, drives nicely. Only thing I would change is size of cup holders, they are small.
