I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Good experience. No issues with the service. Obviously the cost for repairs could be cheaper but the service is good. At least I'm able to know what is wrong with my vehicle and make a decision on what I want done.

This is our third Rav4. Love it comfort, handling, mpg. Etc. Handles great in all Driving conditions. Like the comfort package Option and the drone mobile app.

Great online experience but I receive too many duplicate emails. Online rep, sales rep and another sales rep. Multiple emails, BUT I prefer that over little email.

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

I arrived at the dealership looking at the vehicles on the lot when I was approached by Adrian!! his customer service is so awesome and he is very detailed in explaining and addressing your questions! so I was looking to buy a Nissan rouge when he pointed out the Mazda Cx5, went on a test drive and fell in love with this SUV! I purchased it in September 2022 and it was more than I imagined, the drive is very smooth. The staff at Passport really know how to treat and assist their customers, I was so pleased with the customer service I got from my salesman Adrian as well as my finance manager Carlos. I appreciate all the staff at this dealership they made my experience very pleasant and I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a Mazda to take your business to them!! Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and my next car buying dealership will begin and end with Passport.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.
