Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

This car is amazing. I have the amg night package on it which looks incredibly sleek and sporty. It drives like a dream and is easily the best comfort along with its maneuverability. Overall would 100% recommend this car for any category of driver.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

My Glb is probably the nicest suv I have ever driven. The ride is great, very little road noise. The info screen is huge and easy to use. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, big enough for 4 adults and I child or 3 large dogs. The 4 cylinder with a turbo is peppy and can step right up to pass.

A prefect car. So luxurious! Very spacious, great size for family and friends. Very reliable. Would recommend to anyone looking for safety and style at the same time.

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. 2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

This is my first Subaru. So far I love it. We will be taking it on a 300+ mile trip this weekend and it will be the real test!
