Good diagnosis and work done promptly and done well. However, mechanics forgot to replace hubcaps which I found sitting on passenger seat later in the evening.

2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

Great staff, comfortable waiting room and the wait time is better than any other dealer in the area. Everyone is very friendly, and they take the time to explain your repairs to you and answer any questions that you have.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Just had the best buying experience! If you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend stopping by Bobby Rahal of Lancaster County and meeting with Cody Sofranek. I've been in the market for a car since July, and was beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and commitment given by sales people at other dealerships. The problems were vast. They were not concerned about my needs, not hearing back from them for weeks, and a lack of knowledge about the cars they were selling. All of that changed when Cody approached me in the lot. He made it clear from the beginning that he was not here to be pushy and was only here to answer questions and help. Cody was extremely knowledgeable about all three of the vehicles I was interested in. He helped me go through the pros and cons of each one for my lifestyle and needs. Cody definitely went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I want, which is in high demand and hard to find (Lexus TX 350). He understood what a large financial investment this is, and let me take my time deciding what was going to be best for me. I truly felt Cody had my best interest in mind. He also took time to mark pages in the manual he felt were important for me to review. He encouraged me to reach out with any other questions or concerns I come up with. I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Code insured we understood the features of our new car, making sure we knew to contact him with any questions after leaving the lot.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

I came into the dealership to find a specific car. They had one, but it was located at another one of their locations. Our sales person, Ryan, told me he would have it sent over to the Exton location which they did. I came back the next day And it turned out to be exactly as described. I test drove it and bought it right away. The car was clean and ready to go. The process to trade in my car for this newer was very simple. We are very happy with our new vehicle and the entire Auto Lenders team that helped us.

I get made of a bit because the Kona is supposedly an "Old Man's" car... but that's what makes it exceptional: reliability, good bang for the buck, and attractive- yet understated looks. It's been perfect for me!

In December, 2025 I purchased my Chevrolet Equinox from Bennett Chevrolet in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. I was very pleased with my salesman, Jon DeNick the process was quick and professional. I just love my new car and would recommend this car to anyone looking for comfort and safety!

First, let me say that I don’t necessarily enjoy reading long online reviews when considering a major purchase, but I really can’t explain my experiences at Reedman Toll Subaru in one or two sentences. If you want an honest description of what it was like to buy a used vehicle from this dealership, here it is. I’ve been around the block and have purchased many used vehicles. As a former auto mechanic who has worked on my own vehicles for over 40 years, I’ve rarely purchased a used vehicle from a new car dealer. We own a 2014 Acura and really like it, so when we saw a 2013 Acura at a local dealership (Davis Acura) we decided to check it out. The price was a bit high, and apparently we were taking the salesperson away from an important TV show or card game, as it was quite obvious he wasn’t especially interested in selling us a car on that particular day. The next day we saw a very similar vehicle online (at a much better price) at Reedman Toll Subaru. Although they’re over an hour from our home, I had the day off and we decided to go see it. Our salesperson, Matt T., didn’t know we were coming but was asked by the online sales representative we’d spoken with to show us the car. The car was nice but had several small dents in the fender, which looked like an amateur repair job (and may well have been), and it definitely detracted from this seemingly well-maintained vehicle. As a result we were quite hesitant to pay full price for the vehicle. Matt apparently spoke with his manager (Shawn S.) and then came to us a few minutes later and asked if we would consider buying the car if they could fix the dents. We told him we would certainly consider it, but we weren’t going to pay more, and we weren’t going to commit to purchasing the vehicle until we saw the repairs. Matt said fair enough, and they took the car to their body shop to remove the dents and repaint the fender. As this process would take several hours, we really didn’t want to have to drive over an hour to get home and then come back again later to see the repairs. Matt said, “How about if we bring the car to you? If you approve of the work you can buy it, if you don’t there’s no obligation.” This was more than fair, so they completed the work and brought the car to my wife’s workplace. The work was well done so we completed the purchase. We were certainly satisfied so far…but then the brakes started squealing loudly a few days later. I took the car to my mechanic and he discovered that the rear brakes were worn down to almost nothing and the car was not drivable. I knew the vehicle had just been inspected before we bought it (not by Reedman Toll Subaru), so I called Reedman Toll and spoke with manager Shawn S. He asked if I could send him an estimate of the necessary repairs (over $400). I did so and he approved the work that day. The car was repaired by my mechanic and I received reimbursement from Reedman Toll about a week later. Matt and Shawn were in communication with us during the entire sales process, answering questions and addressing any and all issues that came up with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. It became quite obvious to us that these two gentlemen stand behind their products and are extremely customer service-oriented and responsive, even well after the sale. I would not hesitate to drive over an hour to Reedman Toll Subaru and ask for Matt if I was in the market for another car.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

The process was very seamless & went very well. The only thing I have to complain about is the actual price was a little higher than the advertised price which was my own fault.

Spoke with very professional and easy speaking sales associate named Aamir Mapp . He was a pleasure to work with, even though we didn’t get a deal done today 02/18/23 . Aamir’s attitude was contagious with some laughter and made the process of possibly selling a car today very comfortable. Unfortunately we were to far off with the numbers today. Hopefully I can regroup and possibly get the wheel turning again. Thanks Aamir. I will look for you in my further endeavors with Piazza Honda ( hopefully real soon )

So far, this has been a great car. Good gas mileage, good ride, good service, except for one issue with fuel injectors. Out of town dealership relaced quickly and professionaly and got us back on the road.

Fantastic experience working with these guys!! I worked with Craig and he was great to work with and was able to get me into a new (to me) car that I loved and offer me a fair price for my trade in. They made every step very easy and I didn’t have that icky feeling you normally get when working with a car salesman. I’ve been parked with 6 other dealerships during my time here in central PA and this experience was by far the best. Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.
