So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I wanted to replace it with a new Nissan Rogue, it the car dealership that I got my last one at was no very anxious to help me find one since I hadn’t received the check from th insurance co. yet. Todd Eversgerd went out of his way to find a car, get the extras that we wanted installed on it, kept in contact with me re: when the car was delivered and the work was done, etc. He even went so far as to try to match the color of paint on the number of our license plate that had been scraped off during the accident! Eva’s very professional and went above and beyond in all aspects. When we got there, he was busy with someone else across the street at the VW dealership, so he had Matt help us wile he was over there. Matt also was excellent. He went over everything that Todd had written down including giving us the manuals, having us watch the videos, introducing us to the finance manager. Afterward,Matt took us out to the car went over everything about the car,and programmed our phones into the car. He then called Todd so Todd could make sure we didn’t have any other questions. I have never had anyone go to the lengths that stood went to make car buying so easy.Will definitely be back for our next car!

I’m very happy with my 2023 Nissan Rogue. It’s smooth, efficient, and has a sleek design. The cabin is spacious and packed with helpful features. It feels safe and reliable every time I’m behind the wheel. It’s a great all-around SUV.

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

I worked with Scott and Jim, both very friendly and easy to communicate with. Got to the dealership and didn’t spend more than 30 minutes there. Very smooth and pain free process!

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

Jim and Ken did a fantastic job. They were patient and answered all my questions. They made me feel like the entire dealership was open to me. They introduced me to the service manager. The car is incredible, better than my BMW X5.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

Bought my first JEEP at 56 years old with 123k on the clock the 3.6 is a great little 6banger has cold air intake , yellow top Optima battery 3 in. lift on MT 35s with Rough Country suspension, rock lights , Niilights out front and back on and in Rough Country bumpers and 10k lb winch up front with new Peddle Commander under the dash .

On November 19 I traveled from my home to Jim butler Maserati in maplewood Mo I live in souther il. This mornings travel was focused on purchasing my 2024 gmc sierra. At first when I arrived immediately I felt to be in the right place. Going forward was more than amazing in every way. Brian was my contact first I had a connection with him early on with the deal. Later in the deal worked with Mike the finance guy . Both did a great job in sitting up the purchase with my concerns and questions answered. I met a 3 week new employee Nora and her twin sister Caitlyn age 19 I think they have a solid future at Jim butler. Finally the general manager Brett did a basic final review with me on every aspect of my purchase . I was there again very pleased with his efforts. Overall experience I wish every dealer experience could be like this because it should be. I had to travel over two hours to see this for myself happy to report it was worth every mile. In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Highly recommend coming to hertz to buy a car. The salesman I worked with was Tom. Not only do they have a wide selection of vehicles, welcoming environment, and an outstanding team. As picky and Indecisive as I am. They took the time to make sure I was taken care of. On Saturday 9/14. We made a good decision buying a used car from St Louis Hertz. The staff was very friendly, concerned, and helpful. Expect a few minor scratches on the these 2 to 3 year old cars but, you save about 1/3 off the price of buying a new car. Still waiting for our sales tax check which was financed into our car loan but, they did say it would take about 3 weeks to receive. We should get the check before our temps expire. Five Stars for this car sales.

We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.

The 2025 Equinox is a good solid SUV. My only complaint is it has electronic problems. Every time I take it in the dealer says that no codes can be found? It starts by itself! The engine surges when you are stopped at a light or stop sign, in the past month it surges as you apply the breaks to stop. Happens randomly, You never know when it will happen. Compass has quite working, speed zone indicator has gone out and the message that tells you that your phone is in the charger has disappeared! Other than the above issues the 2025 Equinox is great. 😊

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

After intense negotiations we reached a deal that I feel was a descent deal of course I would have liked to have gotten more for my car and given less for theirs along with a few more concessions from them but overall I think things worked out pretty good.

We bought it in 2023 just off lease as a CPO. It’s been a great vehicle. We love it would buy another one in a minute.
