The Car Lot review
Went to the Car Lot even after reading some pretty scary reviews. I worked with Eric in sales and Bobby and EJ from the management team. Pretty straight forward process and they actually worked with me to get to my number. Overall, great experience. I’m now the proud owner of a Nissan Altima. “They have no vending machines!!! 112 degrees and only water and coffee!!

Chapman AcuraReviews
Chapman Acura review
I recently purchased a 2012 Acura TL at Chapman Acura in Tucson Az. I am an online buyer because it is a much more comfortable environment for me. I had been searching for several weeks and requested not to be bothered too much by the salesman before I am ready to purchase. Mr. Brett Williams, very much respected my wishes, and instead was extremely helpful at any moment that I requested. This was to the point that his follow up was once on his way home from work after a busy day. The customer service, and the complete process, all the way through was beyond my expectations. Mr. Williams, professionalism, courtesy, and complete respect was better than I have ever experienced! Thank you for your service, and my beautiful new car! I will forever refer any and all to you sir, and to Chapman Acura! Jose Jimenez

Al and his wife Elly were great to work with. They were honest, have a great selection of cars, answered our questions and allowed us plenty of time to check the car out without pestering us. When we purchased the Toyota Rav4 from them, they were able to do all the paperwork with our credit union, our insurance company and motor vehicle in a short frame of time. Their office was comfortable and restroom was very clean. Nice people.

Paramount Auto Sales review
After seeing a vehicle on Cars.com at Paramount that I was interested in and sending an email, I was contacted by Paramount about that vehicle very quickly. It was difficult for me to arrange to come see the vehicle, so the salesman brought it to me at work! He drove around and told me more about the vehicle. He seemed very knowledgable about all sorts of vehicles. I am considering other vehicles in the area, but will definitely go back to Paramount if I see other vehicles listed that fit my criteria because I was so impressed with its willingness to go the extra mile (literally!) for a potential customer.

Car World review
I prefer used cars. The difficulty is finding a dealer that provides quality cars, gently worn, that knows their inventory and puts your satisfaction before the sale. This is the place you want to go. From the first young gentleman that greeted us, to the final sitting of the i’s, I had knowledgeable and truthful assistance. Straight up in price, exactly what is included, the vehicle needed a couple of fixes and this dealer went above and beyond. I truly felt that my interests and satisfaction were the primary objective, not just moving the car. I have bought used cars for over 20 years from Chicago to LA. This experience was the simplest, easiest, best value for your dollar. What I appreciated the most was the absolute certainty that I was dealing with honest up right people who wanted us both to walk away from making the deal feeling good about things. I’m very satisfied and have absolutely no buyer’s remorse.

The Car LotReviews
The Car Lot review
When the salesman told me it was available, I told him when we would come and he said it would be ready. Got there at the determined time, he had to be located and the car wasn't ready. I know places are busy, but luckily it didn't take long since the car wouldn't meet our needs anyway.

CarMax Centennial review
I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.
