My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

Brandon Arellano is phenomenal to work with! From the first point of contact, he was incredibly personable, caring, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He took the time to rework estimates, negotiate costs, provide all the information I needed and make every accommodation possible. He sent me a personal video of the car I was interested in, responded to my messages even on his days off, was willing to arrange transport from over 30 miles away, and stayed multiple hours past closing. Brandon didn't just stay late to complete the sale, but made sure I had everything I needed at every step and even helped set up my phone after locking up and made sure I drove away happy and safe. He showed a genuine interest and care for my needs; I truly felt like more than just another sale, which was beyond pleasant. I had been without a car since November and actively in the market since January with many unfavorable experiences with various dealerships, which was surprising since I was only looking at Subaru. Brandon is the epitome of what I expect from Subaru and truly represents the company's values of being client-centered, showing love and respect to all, and providing enjoyment and peace of mind. I live my life in a way that is deeply rooted in my values and ethics, which is why I have been so passionate about- and loyal to- Subaru for many years now; it's definitely a company I can stand with. Thanks to Brandon, the choice on which Subaru dealership to take my business to was made easy, even before meeting in-person. He is the reason I went to a dealership 36 miles away, rather than the one I have just 6 miles away from home. I truly cannot recommend Brandon enough! I'd also like to note that overall, Olympia Subaru is by far the best Subaru dealership I've had the pleasure of working with, and I've been to quite a few between CA, OR and WA. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with all the good vibes! I got such a kick out of Jesse in finance, such a great sense of humor and actually made the paperwork portion quite fun and as stress-free as humanly possible! If I am ever in the market for another car, I will definitely be returning to Olympia Subaru again-and-again!

Today 6/25/17 My wife & I purchased a car from these guys. Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

Honda Fife has a slick system going on in their service department. They are friendly, efficient and have a comfortable waiting room. Ryan Clearman in Service is especially nice.

We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

Love my new crosstrek! My Impreza was great too but the Crosstrek is more my style! I’ll return to Subaru when I’m ready for a new car!

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

Showed up to purchase cr-v hybrid after working out the (out the door price) only to show up at dealer to a hail damaged cr-v after hour and half round trip, stood around the dealership waiting on salesman that was helping two other separate customers (15 min) or so which gave me time to check out the damaged cr-v.I bought from Bommarito before and was very happy. this ordeal was very sketchy.

I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Seriously… I highly recommend Audi of Tacoma as a dealership to buy a used car. I’ll tell my story below but first I must say that I read a bunch of these 1 star reviews and found the result of my experience to be just the opposite. Why? Mostly every experience is what you make of it. Sure some things are out of one’s control but patience and a positive attitude are central to turn a difficult situation into a success. I am a 59 year old BMW driver in California. I bought a long awaited BMW from Audi of Tacoma with a 3 month 3K Mile Warranty included… and I used it. My experience involved 4 guys… Spencer, Devin, Norman, and Darren. Spencer was hands down the best used car salesman I have ever worked with… very responsive, on-point communication, caring and attentive customer centered service from beginning to end. Can’t say enough about this young man. My experience with Devin was fairly short as I paid cash. He is a professional finance manager, thorough and efficient. Norman helped me secure the roof-rack keys from the former owner which might seem like a small insignificant task but is and will prove to be extremely helpful. My primary business was with Darren - General Manager Audi of Tacoma. This 2016 BMW 328d (diesel) wagon is a coveted machine - 14 for sale across all platforms in the entire U.S. and Audi of Tacoma had one of them. Unfortunately I discovered it had a very expensive transmission problem. Briefly, the start/stop feature would force the car into Park at a stop light causing me to have to re-engage into Drive mode - posing a potential safety issue. The part needing replacement was the Mechatronics unit - which sells for approx $5K. My business after communicating with Spencer, was obviously and appropriately with Darren. In short, after some patient dialog and a few meetings with his executive team, Darren agreed to fully pay for the Mechatronics replacement - under the 3 month 3K Mile Warranty. No, this process wasn’t easy - nor fast but I’d say through it all I found that Darren is not only a results-oriented and caring GM… but quite the “GentleMan” I’d say. A sincere “thank you” goes out to Audi of Tacoma and The entire Larson Automotive Group. I now drive “consistently” one of the best cars on the road to date. ;-)

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

We purchased our new 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid TrailSport last month and love it! It drives very smoothly and has a nice, quiet ride. I’ve been getting 35 mpg so far, which I’m really happy about for it being a mid sized suv. The Apple Car Play is great. I’m enjoying the technology in the vehicle and feel it’s perfect without being distracting. I love the look of this design of CR-V, especially in the Ash Green Metallic we chose! I had previously been driving a 2018 luxury hybrid suv. Ultimately I decided that this vehicle has a quieter ride, better fuel economy and is a perfect fit for my around town commuting. In addition, both the dealership and Honda were offering great incentives. My son purchased the exact same model ‘26 CR-V (in a different color) last October. He loves it as well and recommended we check it out during our vehicle search. Now we have two in the family!

My purchase history has been that of a General Motors enthusiast. My wife worked with Subaru owners; they had no complaints. Decades of commercial truck driving exposed me to witnessing the site's of too many bad accidents. The Subaru safety record has earned my loyalty.

We are an hour from this dealership and were unable to test drive the car I wanted for a few days. I dealt with Chloe, she sent me videos and held the car for me. She was great & made the process easier. Their sales tax is very high so prepare for that! Overall it took 4 hours or so and I got the car I wanted, felt good about the deal!!
