Johnson Hyundai of ApexReviews
Johnson Hyundai of Apex review
I had an outstanding experience at Johnson Hyundai, and I can't recommend Mohammad "Mo" Shatila enough! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and incredibly easy. Mo's communication was excellent throughout, and he truly went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to complete my purchase so it fit my schedule. At no point did I feel pressured—he took the time to find exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I also want to recognize Percy, the finance manager, who was fantastic to work with. He made the financing process seamless, straightforward, and hassle-free. I absolutely love my new Palisade Hybrid, and it's exactly what I wanted. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Mo. He made buying a car an exceptional experience!
2021 Hyundai PALISADE review
Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

CarMax Raleigh review
Taylor Lynch made my wife me feel comfortable when searching for a good used Honda. He did not attack us like wolves do in the brand name dealerships . He was Honest, professional, knowledgeable about his profession. I would definitely recommend Taylor Lynch and the Carmax on Glenwood Ave. to all of my friends and family. I would recommend Carmax to anyone searching for a car. No hassles, no pressure, just good honest to goodness salemanship.
2018 Honda Pilot review
This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

Johnson Hyundai of Apex review
We recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited from Johnson Hyundai of Apex, and Omar made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was extremely patient, friendly, honest, and understanding throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain all the options clearly, helped us with good financial choices, handled our trade-in smoothly, and made sure everything was taken care of exactly the way we needed. What really stood out was how responsive and professional he was, always answering calls and texts quickly and following up without delay. Omar genuinely cares about his customers and made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. We absolutely love our new car and highly recommend working with Omar if you visit Johnson Hyundai of Apex!
2017 Lexus LX 570 review
This is my 3rd and I have to say, the best cars I ever owned. I wish I could have been able to order the base model in the new 600 but they did not want to do that at any Lexus dealership and charged $ 30,000 over sticker price. I decided, this time I just get a used one. 2017 with all the bells and whistles! Will never drive another car! I keep getting them every 5-6 years!

2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ review
I bought my 2023 EQS 450+ SUV just over a year ago and have loved it. The only maintenance issue I've had was a squeaky liftgate which was fixed by the local dealership under warranty. It does eat through tires fairly quickly, the originals lasted 20k miles, so it's a good idea to buy tires that have a mileage warranty. I love the comfort, quietness of the cabin, smooth driving experience, and overall feeling of luxury. I have some minor dislikes - the unnecessary and awkward to step over running boards, the inconsistency of getting Apple CarPlay to engage, and the fact that you can't set strong regen as the default, but these are minor issues. The vehicle is 3 years old and still is getting 450 miles of range on a full charge with around town driving. Driving on 75 mph on freeways is a completely different story but I do very little of that.

Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh review
I purchased a new GLE 350 in May but unfortunately in June I was hit from behind by a truck that total my new GLE (only 652 miles on the vehicle). After settling up with the insurance I went right back to Gary Feldman to see if he could find me another GLE 350 with the options I had on my previous GLE. Within a day he found me a new GLE with everything I wanted on it. I have had the pleasure of working with Gary twice and both times he was a joy to work with and both times the process couldn't of been easier --Thank you Gary

Johnson Lexus of Durham review
I recently bought a certified vehicle from Johnson Lexus in Durham, NC. It was a very pleasant experience. Kareem was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I’m enjoying my new car.
2025 Lexus LX 700h review
I purchase my car brand new. Considering the brands history and parts the car is reliable. I get about 300 miles on a fuel tank. The fuel mpg js reasonable for the size of the vehicle. The speed is a plus. I’m able to transport and carry cargo items. One disadvantage is the rear cargo area (smaller) because of the extra battery or engine. However, you can place the seats down to make the space. Transporting people at the full capacity (7) and luggage will not work. It’s quiet and the technology is superb. It’s very spacious in the inside and I’m excited. My local commutes have been well. I’ll have to see how it works on the road with the smaller fuel capacity but the pros outweigh because you get better gas mileage.

I highly recommend Fred Anderson Kia service department. I was towed in with a flat tire with a nail. Took care of this problem . Fit me in even though they were extremely busy. Special shout- out to Rachael Bodero , service lane manager .

My birthday twin Mo Ndir was excellent in helping my sister get the best deal! Thanks for everything.
2019 Ford Flex review
I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

Great response and would utilize them further but it too far from my residence. If I lived in the Cary area it would be my go to dealership.
2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ review
Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do. The massage chair is so worth it when you are in traffic or have long commute. This car is made for people who enjoy luxury but don’t want to pay for the high gas.

CarMax RaleighReviews
CarMax Raleigh review
The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. CarMax made me an amazing offer for it, and helped me pick a the SUV of my dreams that was within my means! Affordable, beautiful quality, it looks and smells BRAND NEW - no one would ever suspect it was used!! The buying process was so simple and quick. My sales guy, Scottie, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He didn’t put on any pressure, made everything extremely easy to understand, and let me take my time! I am just so impressed and happy with my experience. When it is time for another upgrade, I will certainly be going back to check out what’s on their lot FIRST before anywhere else! If you’re looking to upgrade your car and/or sell your car definitely GO TO CARMAX!!!!!! -Proud Owner of a Nissan Rogue

2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

Truly an efficient and effective experience at this dealership. This was my first experience with Thompson Buick Cadillac and given how things went, it will not be my last. I made it clear that I came ready to buy and they responded in a manner that let me know they heard me. I guess it explains why so many people were there the day I was there.

2000 Ford Excursion review
I have owned many trucks in my life, but my 2000 Ford Excursion was the greatest vehicle I have ever owned because of its flawless reliability, luxury, safety beyond anything I could possibly drive, and the gorgeous looks INSIDE & OUT. Freezing AC in all THREE compartments from drivers seat, 2nd row, and third row that are all adjustable. Gorgeous leather, the Best V10 engine ever made, & it still gets decent gas mileage. I love this truck, as FORD went out of their way to beat any truck ever made. MY FAVORITE VEHICLE....my LIMO.
