Darrick in service went beyond doing his job. He offered water, coffee and drinks while we waited. He kept on contact with me by texts and phone calls. He updated me every hour to let me know the situation. He offered to help us load our car onto the two wheel dolly for car and helped do it. We have never had more thoughtful person work with us. We were from Georgia on vacation trip to the national parks we had appointments with camp grounds for the next two weeks scheduled to arrive on certain days, if we had lost time we would have had to reschedule all our plans. Your mechanics worked us into your schedule so we could get back on road. They did a complete repairs job and found another issue to fix before giving our RV back to us.

2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

2019 Volkswagen Atlas review
This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

2016 Honda Pilot review
Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

I brought my Crosstour for a recall on an airbag and Frank Perez is how meet me at the front door. He was so very helpful and professional throughout this service call. He sent me multiple messages keeping me updated as to when my car was ready to be picked up. My driver side visor needed to be replaced and he advised me of the cost to buy and install a new visor. 2015 GMC Acadia review
Drove over 2 1/2 hours to look at a specific car- the car did not disappoint but more importantly the whole staff was amazing!! From the first online message to the phone call to the online check in when I got close to them having the vehicle not only detailed and waiting but full of gas and ready for the test drive….. simply the most prepared, most friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, honest group of ppl I’ve ever encountered! And how fun they were!! They made what could have been an exhausting stressful drawn out process the easiest fastest funnest most relaxed and confident decision I think I’ve ever made! Absolutely must give the team of Maraya, Kalista and Tim cudos for going above and beyond and making this dream come true! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs good reliable transportation for themselves or a family member! I really don’t think I could have found a better place to do business with. Yes it was a bit of a drive- but I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. 100% NO regrets!! Can seriously not recommend this dealership and this team enough! Don’t waste time thinking- just GO!! 10/10 recommend!! Mark Raleigh and Tara Castillo were phenomenal in executing my out of state purchase. Mark was kind enough to do a virtual tour of the vehicle for me and hold a deposit so we didn’t lose the vehicle due to being out of state. They were zero pressure and followed up every step of the way. Tara was quick with documents and even resending a few updates. They offered their personal contacts for after hours if needed as well. We elected to fly in to pick up the vehicle vs shipping it, and Mark was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the dealership where the car was waiting with a gorgeous bow! The vehicle was in perfect condition, gas tank full and even gave us a load of snacks and water for the drive. Tara came out to introduce herself and made the final processing seamless. In under an hour we were in on the road with our new car! Mark followed up to ensure we made it back safely to Colorado, and that we had no issues along the way. Highly recommend for both in state and out of state purchases.

2023 Chevrolet Suburban review
Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

2014 Nissan Armada review
Love my Nissan Armada! The room inside is more than any other big car I have owned. I like all of the features but wish it had a few more that I'm used to having, like seat adjustment memory settings and auto bright lights but the rest of the features are great! I wish it got better gas mileage but I knew it didn't when I bought it. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone who wants a large, full-size car!
