CarMax Bakersfield review
This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
2018 Mazda CX-9 review
This SUV replaced a 2009 Saturn Outlook we owned, and it has excelled in everyway over that one! Luxurious interior better performance and gas mileage .Handles like a sports car and plenty of standard options! Cant say enough nice things about it! Only one thing and we knew that before we bought it that cargo space with third row seat was limited, other than that I am totally satisfied! Good warranty also! It only had 23000 miles on it, came off a lease so it was like new! Great used car buy! It's my daily driver.

CarTag USA review
I was purchasing a vehicle with my son, who had a part-time job and was earning about $2,000 a month at the time. When we walked in, we were greeted by a salesman named Alex. He worked with my son’s down payment and helped us find a reliable car that fit his situation. The process overall was smooth, although it did take a bit longer than expected with the paperwork. Alex took the time to explain each step of buying a vehicle to my son, which we really appreciated, and he made sure my son understood what he was signing. We ended up driving off with a reliable car, and my son was very satisfied with his purchase. Despite the wait, the experience was positive, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable used car.
2018 Ford Expedition review
This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
We have a 2022 Wagoneer Series II rear-wheel drive. It's got nearly 47,000 miles on it now. We absolutely love it. "Silver Zenith" exterior and the two-tone black/Baltic salt interior. It is SO roomy and comfortable, and quiet! Ride quality is smooth as the suspension absorbs just about anything. The exhaust note has an amazingly deep note to it. We love this Wagoneer.

2026 Chevrolet Suburban review
I recently purchased the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban Premier, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The vehicle offers a perfect mix of power, luxury, and practicality. The updated design feels both bold and refined, and the interior comfort is next-level — from the premium leather seats to the incredibly quiet cabin. On the road, the ride is smooth and confident. The V8 engine delivers plenty of power for highway driving and towing, while the suspension makes it easy to handle despite its size. The new tech features are also impressive — the large infotainment display, wireless connectivity, and advanced safety systems really elevate the driving experience. Overall, the 2026 Suburban Premier feels like a true full-size luxury SUV that’s built for families, road trips, and anyone who appreciates comfort and performance. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability, space, and a touch of elegance in a powerful SUV.

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

2018 GMC Yukon XL review
I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

2025 Chevrolet Suburban review
OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

I have bought 4 cars myself. Numerous family members have bought cars from Jim. He has a mechanic in the back who does safety inspections on ALL of the vehicles that go throught on the lot. If theres some repairs to be made that are major jim will have the mechanic fix it. I highly respect Jims personality and how his way of b uisness flows. You feel comfortable when going t hrought the process of doing an application. It doesn't feel like someone is trying to jip you into a loan you're not comfortable doing. He does not push you into buying a car. He does everything he can to get you approved for a car you'd like. All the vehicles I have bought are great quality and have had no problems.
2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

2020 Honda Pilot review
Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

Bakersfield Mazda review
I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.

I felt my experience with Benz & Beemer was great. From my initial contact with the dealership to purchasing my 2023 BMW 840i, each step of the process was smooth and professionally handled. Any questions I had were promptly responded to and answered. AutoNation Ford ValenciaReviews
AutoNation Ford Valencia review
I had an outstanding experience working with Austin, the Sales Manager, Peter, and the entire team. I was searching for a very specific Ford Raptor in a particular color, and although they didn’t have exactly what I wanted in stock, they never tried to steer me toward something else. Instead, Austin went above and beyond to locate the exact truck I was looking for at one of their sister dealerships. What impressed me most was their dedication to customer service. Peter was absolutely fantastic—he personally drove over two hours to pick up the truck and made sure everything was completed the very same day. Anyone who has shopped for a Raptor knows how difficult these trucks can be to find, especially when you’re looking for a specific color and configuration. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, respected my preferences, and worked hard to make it happen. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that genuinely puts the customer first instead of simply trying to sell what’s available on the lot. Thank you again to Austin, Peter, and the entire team for going above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with my new Raptor and the overall buying experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and exceptional customer service!
2017 Ford Expedition EL review
Kelly Brown was very friendly and helpful with our SUV purchase. He was very understanding with our frustration with the other Ford dealer in Wichita. Zach the manager treated us more than fair I thought. Would do business here again, they treat you like friends... not trying to scam you.

Ibraheem was very helpful and honest with us about our son's car. Our son is away serving in the US Navy and we needed some advice on his 1997 BMW while he's away. His BMW was given a through inspection and we were advised on what was in need of repair. They also took care of the recall on our vehicle. Thank you Ibraheem.

Excellent experience getting my X5 50e lease. Everything was seamless and straightforward, there weren’t any gotchas and I was pleased throughout. I got a lease from them for an X5 50e, and I’ve already been recommending them to friends and family for their BMW needs. I’ll also be back to talk to them when my lease is up for another vehicle.
