2024 Mazda CX-90 review
Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

2017 Ford Expedition EL review
Kelly Brown was very friendly and helpful with our SUV purchase. He was very understanding with our frustration with the other Ford dealer in Wichita. Zach the manager treated us more than fair I thought. Would do business here again, they treat you like friends... not trying to scam you.

2021 Audi e-tron review
Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.

Overall, I had a good experience however, my first impression was not a good one because I roamed around in the lot for more than 20 minutes and no one ever came out and greeted me. once I enter the showroom, I was greeted by a very nice young man which took my information. I was then greeted by another sales person who I’m currently working with and so far my experience has been good

Ourisman Tri-State Ford review
We had an awesome experience with Matt at Ourisman Tri-State Ford. We found our dream car on their website, contacted Matt and he walked us through the whole process. We had to fly into Baltimore to pick up the car and drive it home (we live in ND). Matt picked us up from the airport and we were in and out of the dealership in a couple hours…on our way home! The car is exactly what it was projected to be online and we are very happy! Highly recommend!!

Koons Volvo Cars White Marsh review
I have purchased 7 Volvos over the years from different dealers, but never had as good an experience as I did buying a certified XC 60 with the help of salesman Travis Moore at Koons Volvo. We were buying from out of state and Travis took my call and from the beginning was professional, highly knowledgeable and friendly. He promptly took the time to make us a personalized video of the car we were interested in and provided us with a full Car Fax report and other details about the car which gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward with him. When I flew into town to buy it, Travis picked me up at my hotel and had the vehicle detailed, recall work updated and he made the whole process efficient and transparent. Travis is a trustworthy and honest person who was a pleasure to work with. His authenticity and candor made me feel like I was working with a friend, not just a salesman. I highly recommend connecting with Travis Moore as your sales professional to enhance and enjoy the process of purchasing your next vehicle. You'll be glad you did.

2018 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Going on 3 years with my 2018 Tiguan. Last year heading to Pheonix from Northern AZ in middle of nowhere lost power and could only go 25mph. Stopped and waited for tow. Took it to VW dealer they fixed it free on a recall. Only problem so far kept garage and maintained. Only minor gripe is the light weight 0 20 oil is hard to read on dipstick..consistency of water. Runs well plenty of power for this old guy.

2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Koons Volvo Cars White Marsh review
I have been continually satisfied with Koons Volvo from initial purchase to service visits and customer service interactions. The very nice and Wi-Fi enabled showroom and waiting area makes it easy to wait for a service visit while cranking out work at one of the table tops. The video explanations and progress tracking all are great!

BMW of Towson review
5 Stars - Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! I recently purchased a 2027 BMW X5 from this dealership in Towson, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. They worked with me to get the absolute best deal possible, making the entire negotiation and financing process smooth and stress-free. There was never any pressure, just top-tier customer service. What really stands out is their post-sale care. The quality team has reached out multiple times to check in, ensuring I am loving the vehicle and answering any questions I have about the new features. It is rare to find a dealership that cares just as much about you after the papers are signed as they do during the sale. If you are looking for a seamless, professional car-buying experience and a team that truly stands behind their vehicles, I highly recommend visiting this location! James Bice (Manager) and Jonathan Little Jr (Sales Associate) are great and professional to work with. Appreciate their help in making my BMW buying experience amazing!
2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

Sheehy Volvo Cars Hunt Valley review
We had an excellent experience buying our car here today. Matthew was outstanding right from the beginning. He was very responsive to emails before we even showed up, answering every question clearly and quickly. When we got there, he stayed just as helpful and professional, and never once pushed us. It made the whole visit feel relaxed. I also want to thank Mike, the sales manager, for helping us finalize the deal. He was delightful to work with and kept things light and comfortable. He made sure everything moved along smoothly without any hassle. The entire process was painless from start to finish. We left happy with our new car and with how we were treated. I will definitely be back for another purchase.

Aaron was a patient and personable salesman. Really enjoyed working with him. Very accommodating for a test drive. Quite knowledgeable on the software configuration during the customer acceptance orientation.
2025 Toyota Crown Signia review
The 2025 Toyota Crown Signia Limited is easily one of the most compelling luxury crossovers on the road today. It delivers an experience that quietly redefines what a high-end vehicle should offer, making it clear you don't need to overpay for a badge to get top-tier refinement. Lexus Quality at a Better Value Stepping into the Crown Signia Limited immediately highlights its standout quality. The fit, finish, and cabin dead-silence rival luxury brands like Lexus, but for a fraction of the cost. From the plush leather-trimmed seating and bronze trim accents to the panoramic glass roof and stunning 21-inch alloy wheels, the cabin feels meticulously crafted. Standard all-wheel drive, dual 12.3-inch digital displays, and an immersive 11-speaker JBL® audio system deliver every feature expected in a flagship vehicle without the luxury markups. Incredible Fuel Efficiency Beyond the premium comfort, the performance efficiency is incredible. Pairing a smooth 2.5-liter engine with Toyota's proven hybrid system, it yields an EPA-estimated 38 MPG combined. Fewer Gas Station Trips: Drivers routinely average two weeks between fill-ups during typical daily commutes. Refined Performance: With 243 horsepower on tap, acceleration is effortless, whisper-quiet, and seamlessly smooth. The Verdict The 2025 Toyota Crown Signia Limited bridges the gap between everyday practical crossover and high-end luxury vehicle. By prioritizing interior craftsmanship, modern tech, and exceptional hybrid fuel economy, it provides incredible long-term value—and sets a new benchmark for smart, stylish driving.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

The entire experience was excellent?the dealership is beautiful and clean, the team was professional, and my sales rep was responsive without ever making me feel pressured. 2025 Acura MDX review
After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

BMW of Towson review
Blake was great! He kept us informed through the entire process and we appreciated that.
2026 BMW X5 review
I got the 2026 X40 with off road package and lots of tech about $83k. I have about 2400 miles on it in two months. I also got tow package and several tech options like advanced driver. Here are my observations thus far. Positive and favorite things: 1. Ride. I clearly remember going on the test drive and really, I did not want to stop. The ride was amazingly smooth and quiet and 2400 miles later I still feel the same way. You will want to go ten miles away when you have to grab that gallon of milk for the family just for the drive, lol. The off road package has air suspension and all 4 tires are same size, not staggered like most BMW’s. It also has steel plate underneath. 2. Towing. Got a boat, camper or trailer? This is your go-to. I pull a 3500lb camper, figure 4000lb loaded. It is downright easy and stable and I ow in the Rockies. Won’t need sway or weight distribution unless you’re closer to your 7200lb limit. You’ll need a special cable to convert BMW power which is pulsed to steady so the trailer rear view camera works. 3. Half hatch. I never knew about this but love it. Keeps stuff in the back and if you tow the hatch will not hit your power Jack on the front of the trailer which happens with full length hatches ( I had two Hondas). It disappeared on the 2027’s, but I think you will love it. Great when you are close to the garage wall too. 4. Interior. Traditional BMW interiors are spartan. They maxed out the X5 and I got the whitish Sensatech and with the other colors and textures it looks and feels up to it’s substantial price. 5. Power. Yeah, that 375hp never leaves you short and the gas mileage is incredible. I find it to be right on the ratings 23/25/27 and 10-14mpg when towing. Shortcomings-negatives: 1. Too much stuff put in the center screen and illogical menus. You have to go two deep to disable the stop-start which everyone I know wants to do. Should have been a separate button. Same with towing stuff in two places and other things. Time to ditch the archaic controller wheels and pads, too. Touch screen only, maybe toggle on steering wheel. 2. You have to get extra and expensive packages to get automatic touchless rear hatch and ventilated seats. Same with touch door handles for lock and unlock. Really? My 2022 HYUNDAI Tucson Limited had all that. 360 camera is in a package too. 3. No spare, even a donut and no room for full sized even with off road package. My off road came with street tires too. Odd. 4. Second row should have adjustable angle seats for more comfort. Overall, it is an amazingly comfortable car and looks amazing in the blue ridge color with chrome trim. I completely love it. If you are considering a new one I would run out the door right now and look at what’s left on the lot as you can probably get a great discount (which they won’t advertise by policy). I got over $10k off and 1% financing 5yrs for huge savings. I loaded up on extended warranty and other add-ons with the savings. The 2027 looks fugly and loses some of the best things on the 2026 like half hatch. When I get some more serious miles I will post another review. Best of luck to my fellow car buyers. Also, if you are budget sensitive this is the last year of this generation so maybe you could pick up one with a few miles to save some bucks or wait a year or two for this one.

2026 Mazda CX-90 review
After owning several luxury SUV”s , the Mazda CX 90 with the inline 6 engine, is amazing and just as luxurious! The cabin is quiet the ride is smooth and have taken several road trips without any problems. We have been very impressed with the gas mileage on this AWD as well. The third row is ideal for anyone under 5.11, and it’s very convenient to have rear AC that can be controlled by rear passengers.

2019 Honda Pilot review
OVERVIEW: Found this used 2019 Pilot Touring with AWD, and 8 Passenger seating. It was in great condition. Exterior and interior colors were exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with aobut 74,500 miles on it, newish tires, roof rack rails (great for mounting a backback). Clean carfax. Overall, I'm super glad we got it. We hope we get 200k miles or more out of this Pilot just like we got on the old one The drivetrain is smooth and provides enough power to move us when all 8 seats are used. Lots of comfort and tech features came with this one. DRIVING: Very smooth transmission shifts. No gear hunting issues with the transmission like those reported on the earlier models, especially on the 2016. Feels more luxurious than sport which for us and the family, it's great. Plenty of power for a family hauler. You can use the paddle shifters in Sport mode. 4 AWD drive modes - Normal, Snow, Mud, and Sand. COMFORT: It's super quiet inside compared to the 2011 model. Not as much road or wind noise like our old Pilot. The steering and suspension handles the road nicely, especially on our crappy California pothole-filled roadways. Lots of room. Nice leather seating with ample leg room. Feels a little bigger than our 2011 Pilot. Kids confirmed it feels a little bigger. Front and middle row heated seats are great! Adjustable armrests for front driver and passenger give good support. Plenty of leg room in 2nd row. Small adults and large kids in the 3rd row will be fine. Feels roomier than the 2011. Lots of cup holders. Seats are easy to move and adjust. Single push buttons to move the middle seats forward to get in and out of the 3rd row seats! Easy to flatten them as well to give you room to haul stuff. Rear door sunshades are included in this trim as well. Sunroof with tilt comes with this model, too. Entertainment and Technology: The entertainment system is really nice. 8in touch screen with Apple CarPlay (Android Auto as well) is excellent. Love how GPS displays on the screen while having the ability to have other apps open on the phone. 10 Speakers sound great. The multiple information dashboard can be customized. Looks sleek. The screen is big, bright, colorful and I set mine to show the tripometer information - miles driven, MPG, and range. You have other options - Nav, AWD torque distribution, entertainment info, etc. Outside temp, ECON mode, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keep Assist System, safety systems, and other indicators are on-screen. Rear entertainment system has yet to be tested but it can play Blu-Ray discs and has an HDMI port and AC plug for another input source. Comes with 2 wireless headsets and a remote control as well. So far, we found 4 USB charging ports. There are lighter ports available as well in case you need more power. Can't wait to figure out CabinTalk when we go on a road trip. You can communicate both ways with the rear passengers using the internal mics, speakers, and Rear entertainment headsets. The motorized rear tailgate with hands-free kick motion open and close is nice to have as well. Keyless entry system with auto-unlock and walkaway auto-locking features are included as well. Remote start is also included with the Touring trim. Safety: Bright LED headlights and well-designed daytime running lights. Auto high-beam LED headlights were a nice surprise. The Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist are freakily awesome. Keep your hands on the wheel though because it's not perfect. The camera and sensors can get confused. But they're good to have for safety and driving assist, especially on long rides on open highways. Blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic sensing, and parking sensors are included and help in those situations. I always disable the collision mitigation feature due to potential problems with the system potentially braking at wrong and dangerous times.

Easterns Automotive Group of Laurel review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. He turned what is often a stressful process into a truly enjoyable one. Thank you, Mr. Joseph, for your stellar support!
2021 Lexus LX 570 review
I had to get this LX570 since it is the last year of the mighty 5.7L V8. Traded my GX460 for it and while GX was a very nice truck, this one is on a whole different level. Comfort? Superb! Power? Gobbles of it! Seating position? Supreme! Fuel economy? LOL! If you buy a 5.7L V8 4WD 6000lbs SUV and worry about fuel economy - you just bought a wrong car! Sell it and buy a Prius! If it remains reliable I intend to keep it for the next 10+ years! Yes market is crazy right now and gas prices are through the roof, but if you ever wanted to have a tough off-road V8 beast dressed in a fine suit - this is your last chance to grab one of those in pristine condition.

Auto Buying Service review
Purchasing a car is always a tedious and nerve racking experience for me in the past so I was nervous coming in but they made the whole process a breeze.
2013 Lexus LX 570 review
Timeless reliability and power when you need it as these trucks get older, you realize how well they are made. They only really need basic maintenance and every hundred thousand miles replace the plugs, the belts and all the juices and it will keep going as smooth as butter the only thing you wanna keep an eye on is the suspension however it is not a dealbreaker it can be dealt with with a proper technician. They will be going for another 50 years for sure.
