I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. This place definitely eceded my expectations. From the staff at the front desk being super welcoming and Chris, was super helpful despite him being super busy the day I came in. He was super knowledgeable and straight forward with answering my questions. I came in the following day on Chris's day of just to show the car to someone and to my surprise Erick came out to introduce him self and see if I needed anything. He then informed me the paperwork was pretty much done and that i could pick up the car sooner than I anticipated. The 2 of them made the process super enjoyable and seamless. Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

As a tall man, space, performance, and comfort is a premium. I looked at several other SUVs but the GLE looks, and performs the best. I like the muscular look of the SUV. It's a boss of a truck especially if you opt for the 20 & 21 inch rims. I was not looking for speed and power so I decided to get the smaller 2.0 engine to get more milage on a full tank and I have no regrets. The 2.0 turbo is enough to get me around town. When driving through the backroads or highways, the ride is smooth. The SUV sit high enough so you see your surroundings. The tech displays: large navigation screen, ambient lighting, and large moon roof makes for a enjoyable ride. Leg room is nice and you feel like you are sitting on air. The ride is smooth and the car is spacious for a family of 5 on long trips. Like all luxury cars, you want to make sure you take out the maintenance plan for the vehicle. Getting Mercedes to do the service is a smart investment. Now, Mercedes will do the service but anything extra they will charge a premium fee so find out what the SUV needs and take it to a trusted mechanic. The SUV is relatively easy to work on according to my mechanic. Since having the 2020 GLE 350, I only had to change the rotors, tires and do the service maintenance at the dealership. Directional tires 20 inch rims in the front and 21 inch rims for the back at the dealership will run you over $1400 (installation included]) but do your research. I got mine, pirellis from tirerack.com for under $800 and got them installed for $20 bucks each. It was shipped from California, brand new. You can find these tires on other website as well around the same price so you don't have to overspend. Take time to do your research. The only issue I had is that the leather seat on the driver's side has a crack in the groove. You can barely see it but I expected the leather to much more studier and longer lasting. If you decide to get one, avoid the color black. It's hard to keep clean. Silver is by far the best color to keep clean. Overall, I can now see why Mercedes owners love their rides; classy, spacious, and reliable! You can't go wrong with Mercedes Benz.

Recently purchased a 2024 Mercedes GLS 450 from Hendrick Mercedes in Charlotte, NC. Our sales expert (Nabs) was absolutely amazing - I highly recommend asking for him! He was super thorough, super responsive (even answering emails after hours) and never made me feel rushed. He had everything ready to go the day of purchase - so we weren't stuck at the dealership for hours - and even sat with me in the car for 30 minutes after purchase to make sure I was comfortable with all of the buttons/bells/whistles before I took off. I was not anticipating this process to be easy (as car buying usually is not) but will continue to use this dealership and this sales person 100% moving forward!!!

I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

Was comparing used PHEV SUV's with enough rear cargo space for my DJ equipment and enough electric power to run errands without using much gas. With some, the battery space ate up the cargo, in others, the overall size of the vehicle was too truck-like, uncomfortable, and a limited range. The Ford Escape is surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and very good electric range (about 35 miles on full charge). Combined mpg is quite good, even fully loaded on longer trips without the benefit of a recharge. Quite please with service package features as well.

I like the option of the natural wood steering wheel, 21 inch tires and wheels trailer hitch if needed. The entertainment center is great, heated and cooled seats Have customizable controls. The SUV is just the perfect size not too big and not too small. Took it on a 9 Hour Rd. trip my kids love to drive it. People who look into the car make comments of how great it looks inside as we drive by in parking lots! Lots of room for passengers and luggage

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

This has been an amazing vehicle! Super comfortable and will buy again. Loved all of the tech and comfort features to make each trip the best. I have owned a lot of cars and this one has the most intuitive features by far.

I had my Volvo XC60 in for scheduled 40,000 mile maintenance. Benjamin greeted me and discussed all that would be done during this maintenance. I waited in the lobby with a cup of coffee (the entire dealership renovation is terrific and a huge improvement). Benjamin kept me informed as to the progress. Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

This car has everything you will need. It is 4x4 square and it is only 1300 miles!!! Mercedes Benz will not produce anymore this model of car!!!

This car is economical to operate and maintain. It has exceptional capacity for carrying things, so much rear space. It rides well and handles well for being a box on wheels. The exterior style is unique and sporty. The engines are dependable and last forever if you change the oil and filters. If this one was crashed or stolen I would buy another. So versatile. Who needs to spend 60,000 on a car for around town. You can get one like this for 7,000.

Had an ongoing problem with my 2021 Outback info center. After many updates recommended by Subaru, which didn’t work, Randy Marion’s service crew provided me with a loaner car (which I now want!) while they worked on my car. In just a few hours they notified me that my car was ready. So far, it appears so. System working faster than ever before. All in all, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience with them. 👏👏👏
